McKenzie helped us. She was helpful, polite and present. The store was clean and had a positive vibe. We wish we would have been told something that the store didn't have could have been ordered from the store to be delivered to our home for free. That was a failure. Overall, we are satisfied.

Vivian is a nightmare. First sign she was rude was she parked next to us at the front door. Once we got inside we noticed she was our cashier. Should employees be taking up the prime parking spots? As a cashier she was immediately rude. She acted like smiling was against her religion. She was so lazy and low energy, except when it came to banging the heck out of the plastic security tag on our clothing; she had no problem slamming that thing again and again against the Old Navy counter. She ended up making a substantial hole in our clothing. We had to replace it. I would avoid that store just to avoid her! We give her 0 stars. We give Old Navy 4 stars.The quality of their clothing is declining. Our last online order, two out of three items were defective.

Seriously the worst customer service! I placed an order online two weeks ago, and chose standard delivery, which is 3-5 days. Part of my order arrived on time, but one item was sent separately. It happened to be the item I needed for my son's birthday. Tracking for the package keeps saying delayed. I reached out to Customer Service tonight, only to be told too bad. They refused to resend the item overnight at their expense so I would have it on time. They told me to re-order and select overnight shipping, at my expense!! And they won't even refund the item as it "may still arrive." I've been a long time customer, but now I'm done! They don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give them!
