“We started using this Walgreens rather than the other one in town since we kept having issues there. We have now been getting all of our prescriptions filled here for the last few years. The staff is great to work with, and is informative if there is an insurance or supply issue and is great about getting things filled quickly when needed. Really appreciate the staff at this Walgreens!”
“This costco is one of the cleanest I have seen even the bathrooms. The selection is what you'd expect from a big box store with prices to match. There are a ton of employees who are all eager to serve as well making this a great all around experience.”
“If you have a need for medication, this is the place you want, no NEED to go. Kindcare literall lives up to its name. The staff, the service, the quality, its perfection. The pharmacist there is really nice, warm and inviting. They go above and beyond for their patients and are not operated by some giant corrupt corporation. it's your local mom and pop pharmacy! “Annie is the greatest. I was trying to find the pain relief spray my wife wanted on aisle 26 where the pharmacy had sent me the other day but it wasn't there and Google maps said the store didn't carry it. But l asked her since the pharmacy was closed and she directed me to the feminine care aisle. There it was plus a whole UTI section the pharmacy never told me about. Annie rocks. And her Spanish is fluent too.
I just the Chico police would do something about the homeless on the sidewalk outside with their scary dogs barking at everyone.”

“I had a sleep study and got recommended for a BiPAP. This is new to me since I used a CPAP for years. The respiratory therapist explained everything to me, found the perfect mask, and now I am using it every night! He was patient, and he truly cared about my being comfortable with using it because he uses one too! Owens is terrific and i highly recommend them.”

“My mom Teresa passed :( I had a gift project to make. There's was a Acrylic block gift to give to the family on the day of the viewing and funeral. It was a large order. Walgreens manager went all over town to get the Acrylic blocks and even to Oroville to complete my order. They call me when the letters where to small and cannot see them. They call me again to fix another problem. The stuff was so nice and helpful. Thank you everyone that help me get my beautiful mom in this time of sorrow and make it right. “It's a really good place for quick prescriptions. Open floor plan with wide aisles. Easy access and a lot of parking. Lots of different sundries, food, and drinks. Centrally located and easy easement. Enjoy.
Review 2... I went back today and it was a great experience. Dianna, I believe she is the manager, she was amazing. She took some time, I am high maintenance, but she helped me and had a friendly demeanor, and she knew what I was asking for after I explained not so well. It was packed and she still found a few minutes to help. It's just a well run store.”

“2024 UpdateThis pharmacy isSo much better these days The new pharmacist is great!Original Review3 stars for the location, 1 (or less) star for the pharmacist.We waited for 20 minutes in line for our prescription. This was annoying but understandable, due to being short staffed and high volume of customers.The pharmacist called out a person's name who had waited in line already and was sitting in the waiting area for her prescription. When she came up to get her order, after being called BY HIM; he told her to go wait in line, or she could have it filled elsewhere. She was being very polite; so we didn't understand why she was being treated that way. We let her get in line in front of us, so she didn't have to wait another 20 minutes. He acted like a pissy baby and threw her prescription. Then told the cashiers they wouldn't take any more folks from the waiting area (there were several there already who had also already waited in line.)”

“Javier deserves a promotion. Some people tried to scam me & he prevented that from happening by asking me if I had someone on my cell phone that were asking me to buy a $75 American Express card. Javier went out of his way to make sure that I didnt get scammed. This man really does deserve a promotion. I have been shopping at this CVS on Forrest Ave in Chico on & off for years & Javier is absolutely one of the most positive & caring customer service representatives that I have ever encountered at ANY of your stores.
