“In an unfortunate but temporary financial downturn resulting in the reliance of my vehicle as my only form of shelter, I discovered a dramatic loss of tire pressure due to a drywall screw tha became embedded in one of my tires. The tire was so old and in such condition that it would not be ethical or safe to patch and rotate with another as I had hoped. Having no compatible used tires available I was offered a new tire at a price I could afford that day (likely close to or at cost). Expecting funds to arrive in one or two days and highly impressed with the exemplary and compassionate customer service provided to me that day, I chose to return when funds arrived following day and purchased three more identical tires refraining from any haggling or hard-luck tales. I then learned that the tires I had purchased would be inspected and maintained by America's Tires for the duration of their useful life.
America's Tire now has a new lifetime customer in me!”
“Jim is the best, my wife took our Odyssey to Witmeier Honda here in Chico and they gave her an insane quote for repairs and assure that the Alternator was broken and possibly the AC compressor could have "Black death" and might be the case to replace all of it + the power steering + the belts. I told her that was insane and we should get a second opinion so we took it to Jim, who check it out on a Wednesday and told me that needed to be replaced where the alternator and AC brackets and get the belts.He had done and running two days later. So if you have a Honda never go to Witmeier take it to Jim he is the best!”

“No one likes the task of having to move, let alone move yourself over 800 miles. Well, when our Uhaul trailer needed an emergent tire replacement en route, the roadside assistance team assigned North State Tire for repairs. Along came Robin to save the day—he was so prompt, courteous and friendly! The wheel was changed out in mere minutes and rather than derailing our entire afternoon, we were on our way about half an hour after requesting service. Robin was such a standup guy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend North State Tire again!”

“Service department is amazing! I have a 23 Silverado we brought down from South Dakota. When we were getting ready to leave to head back to South Dakota, it popped up some error codes. From the start the staff in the service department at Chevy was friendly and straightforward. After looking at the truck they determined it was a wiring issue. Despite the short notice, and the short time frame they had to fix it, they got it done on day two of having it! Truck is running like new again, I would definitely recommend this service department to fix your vehicle! Thanks Jessie and Jose for the fantastic work! Bonus needed for you two!”
