“I called for tow service for a friend of the family who is only 16 and just learning the ropes of driving. He was broke down on 20th street during rush hour. I contacted Ernie and he showed up very professional and prompt. Skillfully pulled the car out of traffic with precision and speed as to not disrupt traffic any longer than necessary, all while being extremely safe. The car was delivered immediately to my residence so I could do the necessary repairs to get the kid back on the road so he had transportation to and from school and work. I would highly recommend Ernie to anyone in the area, thank you good sir!!!!

“Had my car towed to a local service center with a flat tire. Sadly, upon drop, the damage the underside of it. I quickly reached out to North Valley with pictures and video and they took the matter very seriously. They looked at the car and paid for the repair. No fuss, no attitude, just amazing customer service. I understand that things happen from time to time and i loved the entire experience! Would recommend them for your needs.”

“Car broke down on me on Hwy 99, it was late and dark. I started running down the list of tow companies, starting with the the ones stating "24 hrs" and every one of them either couldn't come or didn't answer the phone. Then Chico Economy Tow answered and said he would be there in 20 mins... and he was and was also friendly. Thank you ?”

“Had to get a tow tonight through AAA. Driver was dispatched and out to me within an hour which was totally reasonable. The driver is what gets 5 stars though, I had Shaun pick me and my car up and he was great. Incredibly professional, and an absolute pro at what he does. I asked him to put my car in the back gates at an auto shop that has veryyyy tight parking. He backed his big flat bed in and delivered my car to the exact spot no problem. Shaun is an absolute asset to this company, and a joy to ride with. Thanks to him for making a stressful situation so easy!”
“I can easily say that this is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Walking around and looking at all the different vehicles expands your mind and makes anyone realize how many cool cars have come and gone. The employees are really helpful to tell you where the best cars for you will be and the maps they give you help out greatly. Be sure to bring plenty of tools and water with you because you might need to work harder than expected to get what you came for.”
“Why 5 stars? Unlike the people that gave these hard working people 1 star...I had a very good and straight business conversation about my truck with SKYWAY TOW. Received prompt service! The driver even went through the extra effort of parking it in a tight spot for the Mechanics. I also got AAA BEFORE I call the Service which helped in the pricing. SKYWAY was fair to me fair to my Truck and fair to the place it was towed. I WILL use them again.Thank you SKYWAY TOW!!”
