They could save a lot of money by disconnecting their phone because they never answer it!I don't know what's going on with their staffing or training but this happens all the time!

Worse communication !! Not sure who runs this Company , 1 minute they have a truck, when you get there to pick up, oh they say we just rented it to someone else!!!! Who does that!!!! When you call weeks ahead to make sure the truck is reserved for you. They tell you it is..... then they rent to someone else!! Shame on them... read full comment
