“I had a great experience with my Penske truck rental here and at my pickup in another city. The staff was friendly, efficient, and Penske trucks never disappoint - mine had nice options and was very well maintained.”
“Customer service here is always great. Fast, friendly, easy, zero hassles. Thank you! We have rented a car transporter, car dolly, and trailers from this location. Easy access on and off the freeway. We will continue to rent from this location.”
“Nice place in Chico to get moving trucks, moving supplies and they sell propane at a good price. The owner Brian is a great guy and will try to work with you the best he can!”
“A professional place to rent a Uhaul. But what really was wonderful is the offer to help you set up with movers, and I wanted to rave about the team of men I picked from Pro Helpers out of Orland Ca. They arrived on time, absolutely professional and know their business when moving. They handled my easily broken boxes with care, brought moving blankets and carts as well. Went and unloaded to my storage and everything is nicely packed in there. You can't beat their price or their professionalism. I recommend them highly.”

“I dropped off my car here because I had gone to another mechanic twice before and my car was still making weird sounds. My little car was sounding like a diesel truck, a headlight was out, and my car’s tire pressure was low. My friend recommended this place to me as she kept raving on how nice and affordable he is. I dropped off my car around 9:00 am and got a call saying it was done around 2:00 pm. I went to go pick it up and asked how much I owed him, only for him to say ‘don’t worry about it.’ I got my tires filled up, my headlight fixed, and my engine fixed. Turns out that there was a bolt lose in my engine. 10/10 customer service and extremely nice. Go here for repairs and you’ll get the best deal.”
“**IF YOU DROP OFF TOUR U-HAUL DURING OFF HOURS** (yes it is a 24 hour drop off but there won't always be someone working there to collect the key) - you need to drop your key in the mail slot that's on the door to the kiosk where the person would normally be sitting. The mail slot is vertical. If you look in the mail slot you'll probably see other keys laying on the floor where other people dropped theirs. I spent a solid 45 minutes here looking for a key box and feeling like an idiot lol.”
“I needed to reach up high to sand my home's exterior and remove some trees to increase my defensible space. A ladder was going to be inefficient so I rented a boom lift from United Rentals in Chico, CA. The rental process, delivery, and quality of the boom lift were top notch. I recommend United Rentals in Chico.”
