The courtesy and helpfulness that the employee, Kayla showed me was exemplary. She helped me and was so patient and kind. I can’t recall being treated with such respect and kindness as I was by Kayla. She was knowledgeable about the complex procedures that my “return” .

I hate going to this UPS store but since it’s by my house, it’s sometimes the only one I can get to before closing time. The kid who is usually working the afternoon to closing time period, I think his name is Marcus. This kid is so rude it’s not even funny. He has the most condescending tone when talking to me especially if I come in near closing. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review but I just witnessed him treat this young mother in the store like she was the biggest inconvenience so I had to do this in my car before I leave the parking lot.
He tried to tell this young lady that because she had a wagon of Amazon returns, she needed to step to the side and wait so he could me and another customer first. I quickly said “no no.. she’s been waiting here longer than me and I have more returns than she does “. Then he tried to get the person behind me to come to the counter to basically cut me and that young lady. Thankfully that customer had the same decency as I did and insisted he help the young lady. She had a wagon with 4-5 Amazon returns and normally that would take me at least 10+min to get thru the QR codes but she’s clearly far more organized than I am and she was able to get labels scanned and all done in less than 3 minutes. He looked like a real character after she did this so seamlessly. Then to top it off, when she was done, she thanked the young man and after she turned to walk out, the utter disrespect this boy showed by rolling his eyes and gave zero respond. The young lady fortunately did not see this, but the other customers and I did and we all looked at each other in disbelief. Marcus should not be working with customers.

FedEx could not help me but the lady who worked with me at the UPS store on Skyway was one of the most sympathetic and kindest person I have ever met. She was also willing and capable of thinking outside the box to come up with a solution for my problem. Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I went in here around 430 to get things printed for his darts league tonight and the guy working said we could come back in an hour because he was busy but they would be ready when we returned we waited in line for 30 minutes to have him laugh and smirk in our faces saying he forgot to do it and he wasn’t sure if he could get it done by tonight to come tomorrow we just wasted time and we could have gone elsewhere he didn’t even do what we waited in line for the first time so he didn’t do his job correctly twice and we had to waste more time and gas coming back to wait in line again and get laughed at for it that was ridiculously terrible customer service and I’m still upset he laughed in our faces that was so shockingly rude we will only be back to talk to someone in management about what happened and when I called to ask for a manager he did call tomorrow I said okay perfect I will thank you and he still called me again after that knowing he messed up still had the balls to call my phone multiple times after I said I wanted to speak to a manager which he is not

I was helped by a young man, on Friday evening, August 9th, around closing time. I was very overwhelmed in returning an Amazon purchase for a friend, and he very patiently, kindly, and efficiently helped me cancel it and then reapply for a label. There is absolutely NO WAY I could have navigated my phone or the system without his expertise and assistance.Much appreciation to this employee, and to this store for employing someone so lovely and caring!

I usually always take my Amazon returns here and never have an issue. I just bring my item in and they take care of the rest, with or without a box. Today the manager tried to charge me $15 because she said I needed a box for my return. $15 for a freaking box? Really? New policy I guess??? Not to mention the lack of customer service from the manager, who shouldn’t be working with the public. Regardless, I guess we need boxes to return stuff now. Even though Amazon says a box isn’t required in their return instructions. Smh
