I am impressed with this UPS store for many reasons. First, the staff is helpful and knowledgable. They have gone above and beyond with not only returns from Amazon, but also laminating and copying important materials for my business. Thank you!!

Customer service lacks…. I came here for Finger scans. I set an appointment up at the other ups location unfortunately they didn’t have whatever machine they needed to scan my Finger for the background check… so they said that my appointment would be moved to the mangrove location. I came in and immediately the lady at the front was just rude… looked at me like I had 5heads and said she had no idea what I was talking about. Didn’t even bother to help me figure out what happened. She was like “idk you can figure that out…next customer!” Just wow. Made me feel absolutely stupid. So I called the other store the one I originally made the appointment for the rep says oh my apologies let me see what happened…so she calls that store and the same lady helping me answers and basically told her “too bad we didn’t receive your sign up sheet” aka the others stores sign up sheet. They were sending all the customers who made an appointment for scans at that location to mangrove. I was just flabbergasted by how rude she was and when I came back Into the store(had to reschedule for an HOUR later) she hid in the back …didn’t even apologize for how rude she was or the way she was speaking to me. I never wanna make a visit to this UPS store ever ever again for as long as she works there.

It took me five times coming back to the ups store to return an Amazon package. The store wasn't open but it googling doesn't help because the times are all wrong. It is an absolute mess trying to return a package at the UPS store on Mangrove. And the people who work there are just plain rude.

Came here and was told I had to go to different store to use account number. She kindly gave me address. Staff was great. UPS policy was strange. Only some stores can do certain things so you have to go to the right store for whatever you want to do

In two words: Liz Chavez.My fiancé and I had been returning our packages using other locations until one day Liz went above and beyond to help me with an Amazon return. She walked me through all the ways my fiancé can make it easier for me to make returns when she is unable to do them herself.Miss Chavez is an outstanding employee, I have never seen her without a smile helping customers with any printing, shipping, copying or other need they may have.I asked Miss Chavez if I should write her a review online or if she had another way to tell her management, owner and company that she is a diamond in the rough. It is hard to find good help these days, and Liz Chavez is worth incentivizing to continue representing the UPS Brand.We will be back, as long as she is at this location and most likely long after she is promoted. From what I have heard from friend’s parents and now peers, UPS has always been a great company to work for. Liz Chavez represents what “Brown can do for you.”
