Bonus, table chairs included, no need to rent from anywhere else. There is a borrowing room of fun stuff to use on your day, free of charge. Bridal suite is ample. Fun spot for grooms party to dress and get ready in. Again. We loved working with Donna”

“The interior spaciousness of the floor and the exterior scenery are what sell this place really well. The positives go without saying but here some legitimate cons:- Outside patio lighting is minimal.- The staff are a bit challenging to work with, not rude, just hard to coordinate with.- The speakers are good for those on the floor and no where else in the building so plan seating accordingly.- If you're having a wedding, the "getting ready" are nothing fancy, one mirror in each and shared spaces for storage.- Geese will poop on the sidewalk; guaranteed.”

“This place is a real gem in Chico! Not a bad seat in the whole place. Great floor for dancing. Of course their beer is pretty good, I appreciate they set everyone up with water. The sound is wonderful. Big cheers to the person who brings the music to the big room, nothing but first class acts!”

“Our family had no prior experience with horses, but instructor Serena Robinson made us feel so welcome! She was especially patient while working with my two daughters (ages 7, 10) & really brought the experience down to their level. We learned how to brush & clean the horses, how to put all the gear on & off (saddles, bridles, etc), how to mount & dismount, as well as the basics of riding. Two hours flew by for us!”

Not only were the drinks sooo delicious, but Sorrah (sorry I'm probably butchering her name lol) totally lit up the room with her positivity and kindness. In my experience, all the staff here provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to make birthday parties special and fun for the kids ☺️ We've celebrated special occasions here several times and will definitely be coming back for more! “Good value for what you pay for. We've stayed here a dozen times or so and the rooms are large, include a big couch ( that you can sleep on sitting up, if you want too ) a nice large expandable desk space to work, large closet with iron board, a Fridge, a Microwave oven, Coffee maker, hair dryer, a d a big bathroom too. Lots of extras are added, such as complimentary breakfast, extra towels, extra TP, Kleenex also. They have a gym too. I wish that the walls were thicker, because a loudmouth neighbor can ruin your stay. The AC is great. The location great if you visit the brewery down the street too. They have a little room to improve on this slightly older property, but it is my first choice in Chico.”

“I stay here at the Residence Inn in Chico every other week for business for 3 to 4 days at a time. Jennifer and her team Eric, Grace and everyone else have been amazing. They understand what it takes to create brand loyalty. Jennifer and her team are what makes the difference. If you're ever in Chico I highly recommend the Residence Inn or the Courtyard.Rooms: I stay at the Residence Inn because it's the closest thing to being at home.”
“Really fun place. Lots of tables. Large grass area for picnics or kids to run around. They have misters to keep you cool. They sell beer, wine and white clawsFor snacks They have nachos and popcorn. No fee to get in and we saw a great band. Lots of dancing going on.”
