“Five room boutique hotel with hardwood floors, comfy bed, and PIN code door lock. There is a common area kitchen with a nice selection of breakfast and snack items, such as fruit, cans of juice, and yogurt. The bathroom felt a little awkward due to door placement, but it was clean and contained the basics consistent at this price point.”

“Staff is friendly location is perfect and surrounded by a grocery store and other shopping options walking distance to Target It was perfect. I just don't understand the card thing You have to put your card in the slot to keep the headboard lights and chargers on.”

“Poney, the night desk person was very friendly. Actually, everyone was very friendly. At first I was not able to get the TV to function but that could have been my ignorance of how to use Direct TV? I tried hooking into the HDMI port which was located in the back and difficult to access and gave up. I may have put the hotel source cable in a different input slot because the TV worked after that. The room was clean. I don't know Chico but I got the feeling this hotel may not be in the best part of town. The room was clean and functional but the vanity drain was slow.”

“I tavel to work, and I stayed at that hotel. Well, just to start, my room was ok, quiet, and cleaned, except for my pillows smells like sweat, I had to trow them away and bought another set, my bed had a hole in the middle of the bed, I think is the new century comfort lol. ?”

“Good value for what you pay for. We've stayed here a dozen times or so and the rooms are large, include a big couch ( that you can sleep on sitting up, if you want too ) a nice large expandable desk space to work, large closet with iron board, a Fridge, a Microwave oven, Coffee maker, hair dryer, a d a big bathroom too. Lots of extras are added, such as complimentary breakfast, extra towels, extra TP, Kleenex also. They have a gym too. I wish that the walls were thicker, because a loudmouth neighbor can ruin your stay. The AC is great. The location great if you visit the brewery down the street too. They have a little room to improve on this slightly older property, but it is my first choice in Chico.”

“The rooms are clean, and it's got ample parking. Easy to get in and out of. The front desk clerk was pretty annoyed that we asked to transfer our points to my husband's account even though I made the reservation. She actually rolled her eyes at us when we asked for two cookies so my husband could gave one too... but maybe she was just having a bad day.”

“Clean, restful, a clean pool. A bit tricky to find at night if you're new to the area. It's hidden behind a Dennys and a larger hotel.Staff are friendly and welcoming. I was relaxed and slept well. The room had everything that I needed.I frequent Motel 6 on Mt travels. This was the best one.”

“I love that they have the one room that has the hot tub inside of the room. It's a nice size hot tub it's not like a bathtub with jets or anything it's an actual like hot tub that fits probably two people in it with jets . And I love the pancakes that they have in the mornings for breakfast they are so yummy. Plus the people that work there are also nice.”

“I stay here at the Residence Inn in Chico every other week for business for 3 to 4 days at a time. Jennifer and her team Eric, Grace and everyone else have been amazing. They understand what it takes to create brand loyalty. Jennifer and her team are what makes the difference. If you're ever in Chico I highly recommend the Residence Inn or the Courtyard.Rooms: I stay at the Residence Inn because it's the closest thing to being at home.”

“The manager Carrie is just the kindest person in the world. Such a great stay. This was my home for a while after my house recently burned down and I couldn't have been in a better place. Lots of really awesome people that were staying there the whole time I was, so great neighbors and a safe place to be. Didn't see any funny business either, lol. But seriously, thank you Carrie for talking with me and having such a great heart and giving me some ideas do help me get back on my feet. Best prices I could find in Chico, too. Cheers!”

“This lovely little Inn has really taken a turn for the better. The owners are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. It's far enough away from the noise and bustle of downtown, but not too far away where you can't walk to shopping and restaurants easily. Beyond the fact that the price per night is great, I can't recommend Haven Inn enough.”
