“We absolutely LOVE Oxford Suites! Pedro has always been so helpful, and the rooms are immaculate, although they're dated. But what a pleasure to stay at Oxford Suites!”

“Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. They had special touches like making a flower with toilet paper they stuck to the roll hanging on the top holder. They shaped the wash cloths into hearts . Just little things that I noticed. Location was perfect forealking to enjoy night life on the weekend if you are into going to a bar for a drink or a restaurant for a bite to eat and a combo of both should that be what you are wanting. Perfect for family travel and for singles or couples who have no kids or are out for much needed weekend with 1out the kidos. Rooms are reasonably priced and beds are very comfy I will definitely be booking my room with them on my next trip to Chico.”

“During my stay at this establishment, I had the privilege of experiencing exceptional quality time and design elements. I highly recommend visiting their onsite restaurant.”

“Great hotel. Had the best of amenities. All the required for a home cooked meal. Complimentary breakfast was good. I only wish it started earlier. Great clean-up crew. Was quite, even though it was in a super busy area.”

“A nice, family owned place, we found this gem and have visited a few times. The family is also part of the nearby restaurant that also has great food. It's always a great place to visit and they made it extra special for valentines day.”

“It was a good location. Room service was great. We were there for my nephew‘s graduation from PV high school. The only thing I can say is the hot tub was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Outside of that we had a good time.”

“Rooms: Room was very clean. I'd asked for a feather free room and houeskeeping changed out the pillows as we checked in.

Food and drinks: Coffee available in lobby. Had French toast for breakfast, it was ok. Careful what you order. I watched the guy behind the counter fix meals. Peeled a hard boiled egg and made avacato toast. He did NOT wear gloves. Did it all bear handed and wiped his hands on his pants.”

“Stayed here for the night and it was a pretty good deal for all the amenities they had. It’s a little bit old and outdated, you can tell it hasn’t been renovated but pretty clean and nice overall. Getting to the actual hotel is a bit tricky and sketchy, is right next to an abandoned building with NO LIGHTS on the road and is kinda hidden, but considering that is right next to a freeway is extremely quiet. Giving it a four-stars for two reasons: pool and hot tub could be cleaner, there was a bunch of debris, leaves and bugs in the water; and second, why are you asking for tips on a complimentary breakfast?! Completely blew my mind, never seen that, especially when is a breakfast that is just buffet style. Lady at the front desk was really friendly and they’re dog friendly, husband has a service dog and they accommodated us with no extra charge (room) and obviously waved the pet fee.”

“We were visiting from SoCal and needed a two bedroom suite. This place was perfect. The staff addressed our needs. When an emergency hospital visit extended our stay and we needed an accessible room they fixed us up. Eric, at the front desk, allowed us to checkout at 2 PM, not noon, so that the accessible room residents could check out at noon. He worked with housekeeping to have them immediately turn the accessible room around so we could just move in at 2 PM. When the nature of our injury suggested that a lobby chair would help with the pain they let us put it in our room. A great place to stay.”

“The employees are amazingly friendly and accommodating to your needs. Granted this is hotel is in a rougher part of Chico however we have stayed here 4 different times in a years period and have never had any trouble. The rooms are starting to get much needed updates and look much better. The price is reasonable compared to other brands in the area.”

“My only criticisms are that this motel is too close to the freeway. Even with earplugs the traffic noise is too disturbing. However, it is quieter in the back away from the freeway. Also, recently my room upstairs didn't have ventilation or an exhaust fan in the bathroom or a window in the bathroom. There was no circulation of air in the bathroom at all. This motel has a good WiFi connection.”

“The rooms are decent mine includes two double beds a refrigerator and microwave coffee pot decent size flat screen TV bathtub shower wheelchair accessible AC works really good the refrigerator freezer also works really good in my room I had to turn it down from Maximum to halfway because my drinks were freezing in the refrigerator portion there is several good movie channels unfortunately my experience hear my neighbors in the next two rooms are always drinking and fighting all hours in the day and night.... I really don't understand how management allows such extreme domestic violence guests”

“Not worth passing up if you're looking for a decent price compared to the other motels room rates and deposits. I've seen them accommodate all different types of lifestyles from homeless to privileged I recommend it”

“My only criticism is that they had a very bad Internet connection. The worst I've ever experienced at a motel. Don't come here if you need a reliable WiFi connection. I didn't even stay the night because the WiFi connection was so bad.”
