We went to Verizon to get a new phone for my husband. The sales person said for $10 per month we can get a free tablet. He DID NOT tell us that adding the tablet to our account would raise my husband's monthly unlimited +access plan from $40 per month to $55 per month. So, the free tablet is actually costing $25 per month!!!! Not worth it and I will never go back to this store again.

Boost customer service is horrible. A complete run around. You go in for one price and you end up getting charged a higher price.

Went in for the first time to upgrade my phone and was super nervous because this is my first time doing it on my own but the workers here where incredibly amazing and absolutely helpful. When we looked at phones they where super honest about all the phones we look at, pros and cons, as well as helping with the pricing of everything! I got a nice Google Pixel 7 for a incredible price thanks to the trade in offer I had. Shout out to Baniah she's a real one!!!

did not listen to what I has saying on the phone therefore I went in & come to fined out they did not have what I was saying for at all & then told my to go to best buy they may but what I see no one will have it but samsung but I pulled it up on my phone & showed him 4 different places that sold it so a Big Waste of my time & gas

I walked in hoping to get some insight on upgrading my aging cellphone and was looking for a tablet or similar device. Baniah T. assisted me as Jose, the manager, was busy. As it were, I was Baniah's first customer, ever! She did an amazing job and was able to sync my new devices while I left to care for my injured dog at home. Prior to leaving to check on my pet, a disaffected customer disrupted the office but Baniah and Jose did a great job handling the uncooperative customer. In all, the devices are everything Baniah said they would be and I am very happy with this particular Verizon. The Mangrove store has consistently provided great service and they train their employees well...the dog is doing better for those concerned :)

Brandon was very helpful the minute I walked through the door. He was able to help me understand certain policies at Verizon and helped me pick out a new phone. He offered to order one online or call other stores if I wanted a different size or color. Overall 10/10. Very welcoming and very communicative.

Brandon was the sales representative that worked with me and he was extremely helpful and nice. He got me in and out fast and handled all of my problems even when he’s beyond the scope of his job. This is the first time I’ve ever had a positive experience with Verizon. I came in upset because the other location had me wait an hour just to tell me they couldn’t help me. Thank you so much Brandon!!

Brandon was amazing. Went in with my aunt who was having trouble with her Apple ID but was also ready for an upgrade. She was nervous about going alone as she's not very tech savvy so i went with her. Brandon was so amazing and went above and beyond to help her that she really didn't need me at all.I also bought some items for my new Samsung I bought online from Verizon based off his recommendations. He even offered to put on the screen protector I got from Amazon on my phone if i came back with it. He was never pushy, super patient and very professional.I've always used the Chico Mall location in the past but this location was much more personal and much less stressful. Everyone was super nice and no feeling of being rushed or overwhelmed by options. My aunt opted out of bundling an iPad but the experience was great enough she's already considering coming back for the iPad. Huge win considering she's been terrified and avoiding this for a kinda ridiculously long time. Now I really wish I had gone here instead of doing my phone purchase online!

Went to the Verizon store in the mall, was a horrible experience, this store made everything smooth, from the data transfer, adding the liquid glass, making sure all our questions were answered and the phone working before leaving.. even helped pick out a case, at the very least you're giving credit to the Verizon name
