Every time I call they have been so helpful and addressed my concerns. Melinda deserves an enormous shout out, she is very knowledgeable/knows her stuff. When I call and that isn’t often, she knows exactly who I am by my name without me telling her I’m calling regarding my mom’s policies. I don’t have State Farm and I have never met Melinda.
