“I had a wonderful experience at Jared!! Went to this location on May 22nd. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I purchased a bracelet for myself, but what really stood out to me was what happened with my son (3 years old) he dropped his bracelet outside the store, and the store manager went out of his way to ship it back to us without any cost even though it wasn’t something that was part of their merchandise. My son’s bracelet was worth $10 but very meaningful to us. That level of customer service, care, and kindness is rare. They didn’t have to do that but they did, and it made a lasting impression. Huge shout out to the store manager!! Thank you so much!!”
