We just had our ears pierced by Autumn at the Ontario Mills location and I just have to say that, “Autumn Rocks!!!!” We actually came by yesterday as they were closing and she stayed later and took the time to answer questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure both of our piercings were perfect. I appreciate the extra time she took with us and never made us feel rushed or that we were taking too long to make a decision. I will definitely be going back again for more piercings. The was worker on the floor checking bags writing things down I asked him a question he was so nice abd his smile was a warm welcome like I could have asked him anything and was of no bother unlike some places.
