“Employees are nice and helpful, a lot of plants to choose from! But only problem I had was, I bought a watering can and it was $11.92?, I've seen them at target and ikea for under $4 or $8 the most. I only got it becuase my daughter really wanted it to water her plant. But they should reconsider that price, I'd put it for $6 if anything. One of the plants cost me $10. Paying almost $12 for the plastic watering container was a big awww!!”
“Well, for our whole garden remodeling, we went to a local nursery by our house in Corona. Well, we read great reviews from Mr. Ayalas nursery and decided to drive out 45 minutes. This was truly the best decision. Not only did they ask tons of questions about our garden goal, but they also referred wonderful choices for full sunlight plants. The selection of plants is truly incredible because they have tons of beautiful plants. As a VETERAN and someone who loves to have their yard looking gorgeous, i really recommend this nursery.”

“Edit: after emailing the nursery about a significant problem with my order (mentioned in previous edit of my review), I received a response that the staff will be educated not to cut trees prior to shipment in the future and a replacement tree will be sent. The response and replacement drastically changed my impression. Would recommend.”

“This was such a nice place for succulents! $2 each for little ones. Great rock music was playing with wonderful-smelling incense burning. Plants were beautiful, and many were blooming. Prices were extremely reasonable, and they had ceramics pieces from local artists for sale. This lovely nursery was the highlight of my trip to Claremont! And I thought it would be Scripps College, but instead it was Neil and Norens Nursery. Highly recommend!”

“We found this place just by googling Koi stores. We are so glad we did. They have beautiful quality fish. The people who worked here were very helpful and friendly. We drove an hour away to check it out and ended up visiting them 2 days in a row and ended up with 3 new Koi to add to our others. It's definitely worth the drive. Great service, very responsive, but the thing that's sets them above the rest is their wide variety of options along with their expertise. Lupe, Miguel, and Sonia are all phenomenal people to work with who all know horticulture very well.”
“I had a great experience here and with Peter, who was able to fix my electric lawnmower after another shop could not. Fair pricing which saved me from buying a new mower. Peter spent more time to fix it than what he quoted for labour, but did not charge me any extra for it. That's class! While talking with Peter outside the shop, a homeless man in a wheelchair on the sidewalk, fell over into the street. Peter and I and another customer worked together to get him back in his chair and off the street. The guy was pretty heavy, took all three of us to get him up.”
“Fountains Garden Art is an extraordinary family-owned store. Rosa and Gilbert are true gems and genuinely nice people. It has been my pleasure to do business with them. I originally discovered this company by searching online for dinosaur statuary. I already had several dinosaurs in my backyard, from other sources, but I wanted to have a little more variety. Going to this place was the best decision I ever made. I originally purchased 2 small and 2 medium/large metal dinosaurs at the end of last year. I have been so extremely pleased with them that I was compelled to go back again. I purchased 2 more medium/large metal dinosaurs this past week. I am happy to say that some of the dinosaurs that are featured on their website are already, or soon will be, residing in my backyard. These metal dinosaurs are designed and handcrafted by Gilbert. There are some for sale at the store or they can be custom made. Gilbert is a highly skilled and intuitive artisan. With his unparalleled attention to detail and whimsical imagination, he captures the true essence of these sublime creatures from their majestic facial expressions down to their delicate feet. Whenever you are in the Rancho Cucamonga area, or if you think you might want to have one of these 'life like' prehistoric companions live with you, please make the trip to their store - you will not be disappointed.”
“We have been getting our Christmas tree at this location for over a decade and have nothing but great things to say about this business. They have a great selection of trees to chose from and all the people working there, from the owner on down, are courteous, professional, and helpful. Our family has made it a tradition to make our annual pilgrimage to Richfield Pines to find our Christmas tree every year. I highly recommend this location for someone who wants a fresh grown tree right out of the ground rather than trees imported from other states sitting in front of hardware stores and street corners.”

“What a peaceful place. I love walking around the gardens. Everything from the Koi pond to the many different trees/shrubs, roses, veggies potting shed is inviting and the staff are happy and helpful. I went often after my mom died, just to get out of the house and feel the warm welcome of the staff who work there. Enjoy!”
