The United States Postal Service location at 14071 Peyton Dr in Chino Hills is a huge postal location with plenty of parking. The staff is well trained, helpful, welcoming, friendly, patient, kind, and professional, providing excellent service. This Post Office offers walk-in passport services and handles mail and package pickup and sending. While a package was lost on one occasion, the staff took the time to research the issue and went the extra mile to help with the claim. Workers are noted for being incredibly helpful and quickly resolving issues, even during busy times with long lines, ensuring customers are in and out quickly. The experience is made smoother and more pleasant by their positive energy and great customer service.
Truly friendly staff members. Deanna helped me with my passport application and she was very fast and friendly. She was great and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone to get your passports here! Definitely will return

… highly frustrated at the dbar post ofc (skeletal crew just 1) decided to try the Chino Hills post ofc .. was highly impressed with the efficient/diligent handling on customer line buildup in a short span by the postal officer .. just learned her name’s Amy … kudos!! well done ..
