I usually just have prepaid scan labels or barcodes ready to drop off at the drop off section in the front when u first entering the building. To the right is the line and section for the actual post office with supplies and employees to help you out. There is only 1 but very reliable self serving kiosk. It doesn’t really explain any of the buttons but if u know what u want and which button to press on the touch screen u should be fine. And there is always the go back feature. This is a very easy to park and has dozens of parking spots directly on the curbside of the building and across from it. So there’s usually tons of people I would try to go at the points they’re not very busy. Like for me today it was around 11:45 on a Saturday. But who knows if that changes. I want to give a big shoutout to Maria and Marcus at the Chino Hills Post Office. They were incredibly helpful when I came in to pick up a package and send out a large envelope. Despite the long line and the busy atmosphere, they remained patient, kind, and professional the entire time. Their friendly attitude made the experience so much smoother and more pleasant. It’s rare to see such great customer service these days, especially when things get hectic, so I really appreciate their help and positive energy. Thank you, Maria and Marcus!

I had a very bad experience with customer service today. I went there with my toddler, and the employee was really rude. She told me to go back and tape my package or use the tape on my back to do it myself. Even though she saw I had a toddler with me, she insisted I handle it alone or just go home. Then she asked if I paid for the tape, which is ridiculous—are they really starting to charge for tape now? I've been to many locations, but this one is the worst.

Had a terrible rude embarrassing experience with AMY SUPERVISOR WHILE BUYING STAMPS I HAD 2 STAMPS WITH ME UNABLE TO PEEL FROM BACKING AMY SUPERVISOR SAID THEY WERE USED I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEY WERE PURCHASED AT THIS POST OFFICE AMY RAISED HER VOICE I ASKED HER FOR RESPECT ADREESING A SEINOR AMERICAN CITIZEN SHE REPLIED I CAN TELL YOUR AN AMERICAN SARCASTICLY AND STATED SHE KNOWS HOW AMERICANS ARE FROM HER COUNTRY OF ORIGIN ASIA AND STAMPS MIGHT BE COUNTERFIT I REQUESTED A NOTHER SUPERVISOR SERGIO EXPLAINED THE DISRESPECT FROM AMY THIS POST OFFICE HAS A HISTORY OF DISRSPECT AND BAD SERVICE IN THE COMMUNITY DURING THESE TRYING TIMES A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A GOVT EMPLOYEE WOULD BE WELCOM

They never pick up the phone. Mail man took my package to the wrong address this is the second time I’ve had a similar issue I’m trying to get an update to see what’s going to happen no one picks up. I’ve called six times already.

Pretty bad service, I had a package returned to sender because they claimed the delivery address was input wrong even though it wasn't. Not when trying to contact them to correct their error, not answer on the phone after 4 attempts to call them.
