“I have been taking my 2021 Toyota Tundra to Chao at WSC Auto Center for over two years after my free dealership service expired at Toyota of Montclair. Each time I am amazed at how quickly he gets customers in and out. At WSC I have never seen a mechanic standing around or shooting the breeze. Each mechanic is focused on the task and Chao's mission to provide the best quality service in a timely manner. Chao is extremely knowledgable on every type of vehicle on the road and sometimes I or one of my friends call him to inquire about a car related question. He always takes the time to patiently answer questions or even assist a local high school student with aspirations to become a mechanic. Finally, he will never charge you for repairs you dont need (regardless of whether youre a male or female). His mechanics are meticulus when they conduct their safety checks. Essentially, you receive dealership service without the long waits, misdiagnostics, and large repair bills.
Where should you take your vehicle? If you're taking it anywhere else, you are making a huge mistake! Chao is the best!”
“2nd Ford truck I trust these folks with. Everyone I’ve dealt with over the years seems to be honest, knowledgeable and professional, from the from the folks up front to the techs. They get right to the service, so you’re not tied up all day for something simple/general like at a dealer. I feel comfortable talking and asking them questions about my truck. It’s not about making money, I seem to get a straight honest answer that I trust. If there is anything extra that comes up they clearly explain why the service/repair is needed now or can wait. Never had a problem with the parts they use.”

We knew the father who operated the business and when the daughter, Rifah and her mother took over we continued going to them.
The father treated us very kindly ? and was always honest. He took care of all our family's cars: My mother's, my brother and even my own for us all these years and now the daughter and mother continue on with that tradition.
I recently went back with my own car (an older Lexus SUV) and they fixed the brake pads and shocks all in a timely matter. Communication was excellent. They gave us insight into the problem and a proper course of action. Some issues could be postponed while others were more urgent. And we listened to her (Rifah) as she explained in an easy, understandable way.
A good mechanic who you can trust is hard to come by and when you finally meet the one you can dependably go to year after year I recommend that you hold on with two hands and appreciate what you have found.

“I can't say enough good things about The Care Shop. The only regret I have is not finding them years ago! They never try to upsell you on repairs you don't need and if something can wait a few thousand miles, Mark will let you know. I commented on that once and he said that he lives in the community and he wouldn't feel right about overcharging or upselling someone he might run into at the grocery store. They will always be my first call when something needs work.”

“I came in yesterday to get a small car repair fixed got a great quote and left it for the night. My Hood Latch Lever for my BMW was not working at all. The Great Owner of the Shop “Sarkis”came out and checked it out himself then he’s technician and him figured out my release cables were burnt and the latch was broken. “This is my first time servicing at Mark's Auto and I am a happy and satisfied customer. The shift indicator dial on my 1999 Ford Ranger was broken (unable to park the truck and indicators are on incorrect positions). After dropping off the truck in the morning, Mark's Auto was able to fix the problem within 3 hours at fair and reasonable price. “Samir has been servicing my vehicles since 1989 all the way back to the beginning when there was only one stall. I don't care how far away I've moved I will always drive to get my service. I currently drive a 2004 BMW 5 and a 2017 Mini Cooper Clubman. Both cars were new when I purchased and have had no major repairs. My BMW is still going strong because of the care from Star Tech. My cooper is running smooth too. Service is outstanding and the pricing has always been reasonable. Star Tech will not disappoint.

“I went in to get a quote on body work 2 weeks ago, I'm disabled and have problems walking, the floor outside of the shop was hard for me to try and walk on the gentleman who runs the front Alex? Was very helpful, he offered me his arm and walked alongside me until the floor was more even were i would be able to walk. Once inside the office he offered me an office chair so I could sit. Small details that show a person's compassion, not to many places have this. Most companies want you in and out the last shop i took my car to for a quote in pomona the guy didn't care that he had no chairs for me to sit, he was like can you stand for 45min? That was a no, so I had to leave and take the car to a different place . Shak's automotive not only talk to me , the gentleman did a walk around the car and pointed out things and talk to be about them, what needed repairs, he didn't brush me off, didn't try and rush me.”
