It was a busy day and he managed to get me checked in quick and helped me with rental options. Ebonee also helped me to get a rental Bronco that I ended up buying, so kudos to her for starting that process! Joseph in sales is on another level cool. His customer service is award winning, so whatever he’s getting paid, it needs to be doubled. He got into the Bronco that I’ve wanted for years, and after being there awhile, they bought me some take out food too. “I’ve been a loyal customer to Caliber Collision in Ontario on Cucamonga Street with Jason as the manager and Michelle as the front office lead until they moved to their new location in Ontario on Wineville Avenue. They have always been the most courteous and accommodating auto-body specialists that I’ve met and have always treated me as though my car was the only one at their shop. They’re fast, efficient, and they do excellent work. “This place is awesome. I wanted to know if they could repair my tire. George looked at it, and said it could not be repaired. I needed to replace it. What was great is, he advised me to call the dealer cuz car was only a year old and I had only 12k miles on it. He said to ask if under warranty. His advice was great and dealer said it is covered and they will replace for free. George did say if not covered he could order exact same tire at a good price and get it for me next day. I really appreciated him giving me good advice and saving me money. Will definitely recommend that place to everyone.”

“Walked Into Penske Honda on a whim today after leaving another Honda dealership unsatisfied with the interaction there. We were immediately greeted by Victor Garcia and he took amazing care of us from start to finish. He was professional, courteous and super personable. He didn’t need to sell us the car because we already knew what we wanted but was very knowledgeable about civic hybrid.I was trading in my Audi RS3 and dealt with Jaime on that. He was fair, honest and made the deal happen. They did not have the car at their dealership but they located one in Orange County and immediately went to get it. They even went above and beyond and dropped us off for dinner and picked us back up. By the time we were done eating, my car was already ready to go. Finance was a breeze. We had been dealing with a few other dealerships before walking in to Penske and I’m so glad we did. Other Honda dealerships should take notes from them because they treated us amazingly. “I know buying a JDM engine can be stressful... you never really know what you’re going to get and it’s easy to be skeptical. But after dealing with JDM of California, I can honestly say the experience was top-notch.
The customer service was outstanding... easily some of the best I’ve seen in years. They went above and beyond, kept communication solid, and made the whole process smooth.
When I showed up, the crew did a compression test on the engine right in front of me, washed it down, loaded it up, and made sure everything was good to go. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The owner, David runs a great operation... A+ all around.

“My name is Jacob, recently, I came across Myles Fahren, during his advertisement of his personal car for sale. At that time, I want aware he owned his own auto repair shop. We bought his EXTREMELY WELL DRESSED & BUILT PERSONALLY, CAMARO 1LE. Since then. we have had all our cars, my moans car recently, 2 cousins, & an aunt patronize his shop. FIRST, this stop is not convenient to get to from San Bernardino. 2nd, this shop IS NOT cheap. by any means, this shop is however. HONEST, SINCERE, HAS INTEGRITY, IS TRUTHFUL. RELIABLE, & ABOVE ALL---- HONEST!! My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 was victimized by every dishonest shop that call themselves mechanics. Boy was i wrong. Myles asked on the phone to describe as best i could, what was going on. His response was spot on, and that was before he diagnosed it with that computer thing they use. [POST SCRIPT] MYLES, & the guys have done my Nissan front CV joints both of them, my tranny and AWD system on my jeep, front rear and transfer case, reset all my electronic systems and wheel speed sensors, also my mom's valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket and new oil pan! Personally, I have paid $20 Grand in repairs & half at Myles shop. At times I hated what he told me, but he was honest, & attacked the mechanical issues plaguing my SUV, and although It's under lemon law, however, i still need to use it, so repairs will be mandatory as they arise. M&M Auto Express is truthful, honest and trust me. They're a young staff here, but the owner [Myles Fahren] & his staff car about you as the customer. They're names are on your cars work, and you can clearly tell they care about that. I'm 54 and a retired

“It’s always hard finding a good mechanic because, like going to the dentist, you usually leave with a big bill and still wonder if everything was really necessary. I’ve been going to Derek at DT Hondamotive for over 10 years now, and he’s the only mechanic I trust with the things I can’t figure out myself.
As a diesel mechanic, I normally work on my own cars, but when something turns into a real headache, Derek is the guy I go to. He always manages to track down the issue and fix it efficiently, and his prices are more than fair.
If you own a Honda or Acura, this is your guy. You’ll leave feeling like you got more than what you paid for.”
