In fact, I can give it a 3. I went there after seeing the overall rating of 4 and other reviews and the Mandarin service. I walked in and came out in two minutes. Consulting a Taiwanese lady in Mandarin is like sending a message. Her Mandarin is nothing to praise, her tone is cold, and her face is as frosty as ice.

It's always nice to talk to friendly people when you have to conduct business. The chase here off of Grand Ave in Chino had really nice representatives, smile and a quick chat can go along way. :)

I had an issue at the ATM where it miscounted the money i placed in it. Karin quickly assisted me in helping me retrieve the lost amount. I can't thank you enough for being so courteous. Blessings

Came in to open a bank account and credit card and was very pleased with the service! Kevin Liu helped me through the entire process of setting up the account and answered all of my questions kindly and clearly. He also was very considerate of my time as he did all the paperwork quickly and set up an appointment to meet ASAP when I first came in without one. So glad to have such a positive experience with this bank especially with Kevin!

staffs at this branch are friendly and helpful. Brenda is super helpful and friendly. Opened an account and applied credit card with her, always provided prompt and professional service!

Well, I can stay I officially know why this location has 2 1/2 stars. This is upsetting to even be a chase member. I needed something extremely important to get notarized today. I called earlier this week left a message and they called back and made an appointment with Mark. I even got a email confirming it. GREAT. So I arrive at my scheduled time to be notified that there is NO notary. That he tried calling me all day. Yeah I'm sorry I'm calling b******** I had zero calls all day from that bank ( my phone definitely has been working because I've received work calls throughout the day) He then told me I could drive to his branch he is at. No I drove all the way from Baldwin park to chino and I'm not about to go to him. Extremely disappointed. Chase fix your service.

From the start I knew I made a mistake. I assumed the garbled language was cell phone problems until I walked in and discovered that's exactly what it sounded like. I was shortly thereafter watched like a hawk by what I assume was a supervisor which seemed to think I was going to rob the place. I opened an account, transferred funds and was told they didn't have receipts for all my transactions. Seems a bit odd for a bank that always brags about being in the top three in the country. Can't give me a receipt really. They're lucky I didn't ask for receipts of those late night deposits and withdrawals at 2:30 in the morning from an ATM. Although i do keep screenshots of those transactions illegal as they may be. Chase has gotten in trouble before for using customer accounts to move money before. Keep an eye out you'll see the transactions online before they delete them. As for this branch I can't recommend them unless you're desperate I guess that's why it was so easy to get an appointment. If you have a choice go somewhere else. Poor service is all you'll receive here.

I wanted to say that this branch is total waste of time. I made a mobil check deposit yesterday. Come to find out this morning no funds where available. Extremely disappointed because you know we all have to pay bills right? Well I went in and noticed 3 people having a conversation in a cubicle. I starred at them nothing kept starring at them. Finally someone comes up. Tell him what my issue is and he says ask the teller to help you. Ok so I stand in line and after I tell the teller my situation she's obviously not able to do anything. Go back and the three people are still taking. Probably something really important right? I ask for the manager. Guess what it was the same guy who helped me 2 minutes prior. I show him on my phone the deposit that was made and that it was on hold till January 16th. I was like that's not acceptable is there anything you can do? No sir. No sir. We can't do anything. Well I left and called the 800 number and guess what they can do something about it. After only 5 minutes on the phone explaining to the rep my issue all the funds where available. I'm in management myself and if someone came in to my store of business and just was told NO to everything do you think I would come back? I don't think so. Needless to say CHASE BANK OF THE 71 AND GRAND IN CHINO NEEDS A REALITY CHECK.

I will never do business here again!!!! I opened a simple savings account with out any debit cards or checks attached to it! They didn't pay any noticeable interest and so I was going to move it anyway but got a letter stating they were going to Chang my account since there was to much activity on my account. WTH? I hadn't done anything so raced down to find someone from the phillipines opened a pay pal account in November. Took 2.00. December took 6.00 and January 1took 2.50. I didn't notice it on my statements and hadn't got my feb statement yet. On 1/28. To 2/19 they took $6000.00 out! I found out on 2/22/19 and freaked out. They wouldn't give me my money back! They were rude and insulting! Even threw me out of the bank when I demanded my money back! They said I had 60 days to discover it missing and because it began in November I only get 11 dollars back! They were sticking to that! No apology nothing! I called channel 2 on my side and filed a police report and was not going quietly! I had pay pal totally on my side and they closed the thief down but couldn't do anything about chase! All chase had to do was ask and they wouldn't! They just wanted to cheat me for some reason! I got my money back kept checking balance daily and toile it out. They are still sending me notices that I'm not getting it back! Chase bank manager Jesse Ortiz suck! Thane your cash out cuz it isn't safe there!!!

Exceptional customer service. The banker I spoke to was Brenda, and she was incredibly helpful in explaining to me my different savings account options as well as investment options through Chase. Any questions or concerns I had were completely resolved.

Brenda was nothing short of amazing. Wonderful and easy experience opening an account. She has in my eyes set this location apart from any other bank. 5-stars to Brenda all the way!
