They are mediocre. Mediocre service, mediocre phramacy, mediocre inventory, nice clean store. I miss rite aid - the staff used to go above and beyond with my perscriptions, etc

We came in about 6:30 pm 1/25/24tk pick up an "instant print" book project that was sent for printing. What started out as a crisis with a 24 hour print job, that went wrong due to another employees mishap, Jonathan (operations manager) did his due diligence to make things right. We appreciate the effort and great customer service in correcting an issue, Jonathan! Keep it up!

Horrible customer service from a chubby man who is working the pharmacy drive through on 01/17/24 @ 3pm. Has an attitude when first approached and is asking the same questions multiple times, can’t find a simple prescription. Had to have another lady find it after he wasted my time.

Don’t come here to take your passport picture. They’ll make you wait 20mins before taking your picture and another 30 just to ring you up.

It's the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The pharmacist keeps helping others who are cutting lines instead of those who are in line or have an appointment for vaccination. She continuously took incoming prescriptions instead of helping those who had already checked in or were in line for pickup. I did not see the pharmacist assisting those at pick up or consulting regarding the medication; instead, she was standing by the computer. Also, I see her sending patients to the pick-up line when they are having prescription and insurance issues instead of having them contact their physician's office or insurance company, which did not help in moving the patient flow. In addition, there are no waiting areas for the older patient to sit down. The overall experience was not great.

Honestly customer service at the drive thru has always been satisfactory until this guy named Ruben came to the picture. Unprofessional, unintellectual, low etiquette. Had me wait for 15 min (for a ready to be picked up medication) while he was obviously doing something else. Or, possibly he might not be able to locate the medication??? No sorry, no explanation for the long wait. Low class manner!!

I usually don't complain, but this ridiculous it's been 3 times now that they don't mix my kid medication. An I always have to drive back.

The first and last time I'll be filling prescriptions here. If you need a 24 hr pharmacy, please look elsewhere and if that elsewhere is a drive, you're better off driving. My doctor called in a prescription and spoke with someone (did not leave a message). She was told that the medication would be ready in 1 hour so I figured going in two hours would be enough time. I arrive to the pharmacy and there is no record of my prescription. Nobody was apologetic for the inconvenience and I was basically ignored until my doctor had to call in AGAIN. I was then told that I had to wait another 20 min. Harry's attitude was unacceptable. He not only gave me attitude but gave the sweet couple in front of me attitude for no reason. Considering people are picking up their medication, the pharmacy staff needs to have a little more compassion for their patients.

After dealing with narcissistic Harry, I thought what a disrespectful clown, then saw other reviews about his interactions with others. Now I know he's a complete disrespectful clown, with all these interaction with customers, how does this person survive being employed by CVS as a pharmacist, the fraud by face of helping customers, but thinks what he says goes. He doesn't listen and talks back to you, treating you like a child and he's the authority and his words are the only ones he hears. For CVS, a lot of people have choices and now you're not one of mine. Nobody treats me like Harry, my parents don't even talk to me like that. You know what you're doing and need to realize you aren't nothing special and a legion in your own mine. Harry May Santa bring you manners and customer service tips and respect for others

The last time I went in to cvs I felt so missed treated first of all I was doing a Uber eats shop and pay run and when I walked in 2 older ladies were so concerned about who’s walking in and out of their store, which I kinda understand you don’t want any robbers or anything of that sort of nature but I heard on the loudspeaker that to watch me well told security to watch me at that point, I fell gently offended and worried about how they’re going to treat me I am a black woman and into the society. It doesn’t go well for most cases but this lady walks up to me. I guess the store manager I don’t know and says oh you can’t bring your bike in and it was electric bike and it was small and I was just trying to go in and out to do this order and I don’t think I need to lock my bike up. And I said I’m sorry I’m just here to do Uber eats order and leave and then she’s like oh what are you looking for like I didn’t have money or something like I’m at the threat. Or trying to steal something which I am not butshe’s like oh that’s lock up and I thought she was gonna hand it to me but she really thought about it it seemed like and she said oh I’m gonna take it to the counter which I thought that was fine. I feel like she took a secondhand look and then I walked over to the cash register, paid and left, and then another guy who looked homeless, and who looked like he was on drugs, watching in the store, and then they called over on the loudspeaker look out on the cameras or something like that no, that is someone who you should look out for but not me not a normal human being, who is just trying to make money and help out the community. I don’t know if I wanna walk back into the CVS anymore. I used to love my closest CVS, but ever since that day I don’t know maybe sometime in the future near future I would go back in but not anytime soon. Thanks for nothing CVS. For keeping our community safe or discourage, you decide.

This pharmacy is TRASH! The staff is rude and you can tell they hate their jobs. They should just quit. Let people who actually want to work get hired and work. They are not the best representation of CVS and their attitude is TERRIBLE. They don't pay attention so they ask the same questions over and over and then cut you off when you speak. Their tone is short, rude and condescending when they speak to you. Why do they work there? They can't have possibly made it through the interview process unless they were being fake. Do they hate their job or something? They should go find a job that isn't customer facing because clearly they lack people skills. If you're having a bad day don't take that out on the customer. We just want to get our medicine and leave.

I love this store and the employees are knowledgeable about any item you ask for. They have always been very nice and helpful.
