I just want to give a huge shout-out to Maria, the manager at the Chino FedEx location. She went absolutely above and beyond on a last-minute project for my catering event. Not only did she give me some fantastic ideas that made the menu board turn out perfectly, but she also got everything done in just a few hours. Her outstanding customer service really made a difference, and I can’t thank her enough!

I placed a simple print order online and received an email confirmation, but I didn’t realize until I arrived at the store that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day at noon. That part was my misunderstanding and I completely understand that the location was busy and backed up.
What was most frustrating, though, was the in-store experience. I arrived early and waited patiently in line. I waited patiently while the employee was helping someone ahead of me. Despite clearly being ahead of two other customers, the staff helped people who were behind me without any explanation. When I politely said something, the employee responded kindly, but denied what had happened which made me feel completely dismissed.
I stayed calm but I left feeling **gaslit and unacknowledged**, even though I was just there to pick up a prepaid order. It’s disappointing to be treated that way, especially after waiting so patiently.
This review isn’t about the printing delay I understand delays happen. It’s about how I was treated as a customer. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

I came to FedEx office the one in Chino, California at first the ladies were not so nice, but then luis appeared. He was very polite, very friendly and willing to help me. It was kind of difficult to me for printing some papers so he was really nice. He was the only one really nice with me. . . Thank you Luis. very good . 👋

Customer service is on point. 5 star for sure. I was about to ship a box and was quoted $43 - the staff I interacted with offered a better, cheaper solution - $9 flat rate across the US of A in two days with a tracking #. She helped me remove my content from my box unto their package. I saved $34, and she had a great smile. I would come here and do business again.

Terrible, they lie about the delivery hours and days if you want to make a change in the app it never lets you do anything it's a disaster no matter where it is

Very limited on that services can be done. They charge for ridiculous stuff. Workers there are rude. Prices keep going up even after deminising quality. "We can't do that" "We don't have that anymore"

My package was supposed to have been delivered 2 days ago. I showed up at the location as it was supposed to be there even though it says it wasn't on the tracking number. The employees refused to take a MINUTE to check the back when I asked them to because they said the tracking number said it wasn't there. They told me to call Fedex and find the package myself.
The package was at the location the whole time. I had to go back and it was a struggle to get them to check the back again as the tracking number said it wasn't there. I had to tell them multiple times that everyone I talked to said it was there.
If they just checked the back like I asked when I was first there, they could have saved me from driving another 2 hour round trip.

My experience has always been positive. All of the associates are extremely friendly and positive. The ambiance is cleaning and we'll keeped. Great location.

Joey has the nicest customer service in the world.!!!!!!! rose is very nice and knows hiw to talk to customers. Never go to STAPLES again!!!! The manager Maria is lovely also!!!! I will be back to that place soon! THANK YOU FEDEX!!!!!!

Hello,I just wanted to take the time to express the customer service experience that I received at the Fed Ex Office Store in Chino, Ca off Central. When I enter I was created by Cameron with a smile and if there was anything I can help you with. I informed needed help with self service to have information goto the printandgo, which Cameron went to kiosk and showed and explained. Also I needed to use restroom and Cameron with a smile got the keys and open for me. This may not seem like a big deal but most FedEx I gone to just had you the key to do yourself. I appreciate the service because I have a back injury and Cameron going the extra mile helped & wasn't aware of my injury.Also ,I would like to put another spotlight on Diane , I was having issues with my papers that were being copied being jam. Now Diane was at the service desk & heard my paper jam and came right over to assist with out me asking for help. Diane stated I heard the paper jam & assist by turing the paper the opposite direction and work perfectly. Also after I purchased my book , both Cameron & Diane stated thank you for coming and have a great day. I wanted to highlight Cameron & Diane for their customer service skills & going the extra mile. I will continue to come to this FedEx because these two superstars. Thank you!

I came here for the first time to make some color copies. The girl told me here, I can help you. She never told me that I could make them myself. In the end, they made me the black and white copies and And they charged me an extra charge....terrible service in this place, I don't recommend it at all.
