“Growing up down the street. Been coming here for years. (Fact- There used to be a gas station directly across the street and a 76 station on Oaks. Walking up the street as a kid. Having 2$ for gas for lawnmower gas and 50 cents to go to the snow cone lady.) Yeah man!Now it's ARCO, the gasoline is usually at competitive prices. I do love the little convenient store to get cold drinks, coffee, and snacks while filling up the gas tank. The fellas are good hard-working guys who keep the place clean and fresh”

“Stopped in here on an emergency breakdown - 2018 Nissan Armada with BCI code. We were able to limp (running in safe mode) off the 60 while eastbound. Talked with the manager, he came out and read the service codes. Issue with Main controller and Transmission controller not communicating. He reset/cleared the controller which enabled the vehicle so that I could drive to nearby dealer and have a proper diagnosis completed. Simple firmware update to both modules and were back on the road. I am totally grateful to this shop. We are from out of town and they helped us out big time! He didn’t even charge me!!! Told me that I should go to the dealer ASAP. Nice to know that there are compassionate mechanics.”

“This a good gas station/convenience store because they have free coffe(you get with any fuel purchase), hot fries chicken, Thrifty's ice cream, and they sell beer, and it's 24 hours, but it's very hot on the inside (i feel so bad for the employees), and there is not restroom restroom, and there is no hand sanitizer near the gas pumps. Everybody who leaves here is sweating and has dirty hands. I’m leas snake attecion to COVID more hand sanitizer please”

This kind of issue shouldn’t happen at a gas station—it clearly shows a lack of proper management and safety inspections.”

“This is the busiest store I have ever been to. Not enough employees to have a smooth experience. The lines get long but the wait is not long. When people give the wrong pump number, causes problems and if gas is pumped by somebody else, it is the customers loss not the business. All employees seem to be very honest and friendly.”

“I had the pleasure of working for Southern Counties Oil "SC Fuels" from 1985 - 1990, back when the business was in the little building on El Camino Real in Tustin. Mr. Greinke was the best boss and we had such a great little family of employees and had such a great time. It was nice to see the growth, moving to a temporary facility in Tustin then to the new and bigger location in Orange on Collins Ave. I have great memories of those days and am eternally grateful for the opportunity to work and learn from such a wonderful man!”

I've had a couple of issues like buying gas then it not pumping at the pump I'm at but they always correct the problem and apologize even though it ain't their fault. Most people don't do that these day's and act like it's a hassle when asked.”

“Saved my life. I had to use the restroom for hours, tried so many places. Im a Lyft driver an hour from home.. Its 130 am. When I came in he joked, for customer? Yes! I will buy so many of the things! When I was checking out with my snacks, he made sure I actually wanted/needed them as he was joking. I may have seemed a bit desperate but i was. Very nice, bathroom was freshly cleaned. Trying Dr. Pepper and cream soda?? Anyways...awesome, thank you!”
