“I rarely write reviews of products, but the 72" Audrey Graphite Vanity with Carrera top is a 5 star product.
The vanity actually exceeded our expectations.
1. The online description, detailed installation instructions, measuring info, and product photos were accurate.
2. The verbage said solid wood and based on weight and construction we feel this is true. The paint job is so good, we can't find a flaw or opening to confirm what is actually underneath!
3. The workmanship is stellar. The doors and drawers are so well aligned that the gap between them and their facings is equidistant everywhere. A quality piece of furniture that looks stunning. Additionally, we like the levelers on the feet as our floor is not perfectly level. Plus since a bathroom can potentially get water on the floor from a shower, we like the idea that the wooden feet have additional protection via the metal levelers.
4. The transporting was efficient and the packing of the item was well done. Our vanity came cross country from CA to TN and arrived without a scratch. The packing crate was made of better plywood than we have seen in some cabinet offerings!
5. The vanity shipping weight is 400+ pounds, so be prepared to have assistance in receiving and moving your product. The vanity top, backsplash and cabinet base come in separate pieces, so this makes relocation easier as you can break the crate open and separately move the heavy individual pieces.
We were hesitant to order an item that could not be physically viewed in a store, but the online info indicated that this vanity met the criteria we had. It did, and we were so pleased after unboxing and inspecting the vanity that we immediately ordered the matching mirrors. They also arrived damage free and are of the same quality workmanship”
“I think this is the best place where you can find all those superior sinks, faucets, and tubs with a very comprehensive range in Southern California! The price of these household products is comparatively low while retaining a premium quality. Pretty sure about this is the place where I will come second, third times......The salespersons here are very inhospitable, specifying the characteristicsof these products very thoroughly!”

“I was skeptical at first because the wrought iron door color is a bit harder than I expected. However, the door turned out great! Looks gorgeous from inside, matches the wall & floor color. The tempered glass allows more light come into the front.”

“We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate”

“I just bought a metal canopy at Lowe’s in Upland. I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down , the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online????.
