“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate”

I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down , the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online????. WALTER" this gentleman was so so helpful he did not only help my husband find what he need it but he literally helped us load wood, drywall into the cart, but if that was not enough he helped us load everything up in our truck, with a smile, "MR. WALTER " literally needs to be recognized for the amazing work he does and the amazing costumer service he provides, to the home depot customers. So if you are at the home depot in Ontario and need help from a real employee ask for " MR. WALTER" am sure he will be very helpful and he actually knows how to help a customer..
