The store is your one stop shop and seems well stocked. It is focused on DIY'ers and regular consumers and often has items at a discount. The team provides fantastic, honest advice and better customer service. Workers are in the aisle willing to help; you do not have to chase them down. They are very patient, professional, helpful, and understanding. Staff will assist with finding items, cutting materials, loading huge purchases, and helping to push carts to the cashier. They provide a good shopping experience.
Normally park in loading area, less issues. Avoid morning handyman hours. Relaxed shopping, more helpful staff, and just a little pricier than the other big lumber store.
