“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“Just want to give a shout out to the paint department! Jaiden greeted me with a big smile when he saw me enter the area with a picture. I showed him the artwork and said I wanted to paint an accent wall with one of the blues in the painting. He suggested a number of shades and put them against the painting for me to match. He told me the difference in paints and suggested that Satin would work the best in the room. He was very kind and helpful. It's rare and nice to see his generation treating a 59 year old woman with respect. He didn't rush me and made me feel confident in my choice of color. I will post a picture when it's done! “I just bought a metal canopy at Lowe’s in Upland. I got a little problem when placing the order, their computer system was down , the order was not posted, I called back and Tom and Ramon helped me with the transaction, it took 2 days to solve the problem within the store and their credit card services, but thank God Tom was able to do it and honor the price online????. Woohoo ?? good job Tom, definitely recommend this store”

“We were having an issue with our gas fireplace insert not firing up when called on. They sent Justo & Nate to inspect for repair. They quickly diagnosed the problem! It was just a bent safety switch contact that gets depressed when you slide the damper to fully open. (I didn't know it existed) The repair was completed in less than 5 minutes, at no additional cost over their minimum service/inspection fee. Needless to say we were 100% happy with their knowledge and the outcome. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate calling them back for repair. Thank you, Justo & Nate”
