Worst faucet I've ever bought. Nothing but issues since installed. After receiving numerous replacement parts that never corrected the issues over a 6 month timeline, we replaced with another manufacturer.

Customer sevice rep. was quite helpful, but better than that, she stayed on the phone with me for 30-40 minutes once it became evident that I am a bit technologically impaired. Very kind of her. Even stayed while I found tools I needed to break down the faucet looking for parts that could ID the brand and model type. I was impressed

Li Anne provided EXCELLENT support, above and beyond what was expected. I called to see if I could buy a cartridge for a faucet we have that I thought was a Kingston faucet. It turned out to not be a Kingston item but Li Anne was kind enough to send me a link for what looks like an IDENTICAL item from another manufacturer. Since each cartridge is specific to a specific faucet, this has helped me track down where I can buy that needed part. MANY THANKS to Li Anne and Kingston Brass for that support!

Web site was not helpful but a phone call led me to Li Anne and she instantly sent me link to part and quickly ordered part so thank you for personal touch. I have been ALL OVER TOWN searching for a valve and within minutes BAM it was ordered and on its way! Thank you sooooo much.

We had a small defect in the sink enamel, and Kingston Brass was very responsive, immediately replaced the item. Maria was particularly helpful and responsive. I would happily use this company again due to excellent customer service.

We are really pleased with the quality of our new sink and faucet. The sink was packed extremely well for shipping. A slight miscue on the faucet being the wrong colour due to a packaging issue but the team helped me out right away and solved the problem very quickly.

I ordered a kitchen faucet in Antique Brass finish. It arrived with a defective finish. KB said it was a one-off and that I should return it and order another. I did. the SECOND one was also defective!! Then KB said the entire shipment was defective (thanks to mfgr. probs in China). A new shipment will not arrive until December. I can't wait that long. Now I have to go through the hassle of repacking and shipping this defective POS back to KB. Pissed!

I was in need of two new cartridges for my Master Bathroom faucet and my plumber said to make sure I got the right ones. I contacted Linnette @ KB and she went over and above to help me secure the right ones. I am truly appreciative of her outstanding customer service.

My wife purchased a wall mount kitchen faucet from a certified seller on Amazon 7 years ago during our kitchen remodel. The faucet started to leak periodically, at times a little and at times it looked like a sprinkler. I Googled Kingston Brass and reached out to customer service inquiring about possible replacement washers for the faucet shaft. Surprisingly, the service rep indicated that there are no replacement parts; however, there is a 10-year warranty on the faucet. All I needed was to forward a copy of proof of purchase and a short video showing the issue to their warranty department. My wife got copy or order placed on Amazon and I emailed it including video to Kingston. Within a few days, I received confirmation that issue was being reviewed. Shortly after, a second email was received indicating that a replacement shaft was going to be sent. Well a few days later, the replacement part arrived and I replaced the leaky one. Great customer service all the way around. Love the fact that the company stands by the warranty and back and forth comunication was without issues. Very happy with product and we still have 3-years remaining on warranty. Highly recomend their products based on their customer service.

Kinston Kitchen & Bath' is a very bad company. Their one year warranty is a lie. I bought their porcelain kitchen faucet that the handle broke and came off after only couple month. I asked for replacement part I never receive. I called, emailed and asked for speaking to a manager, but I got no response. Warning to potential buyers, you take your own rick to buy any of Kington kitchen & Brass products.

I ordered a small part ( that shouldn't have broken in the first place ) shipping was $ 8.13 ok I guess state tax 1.80 ok. Than county tax .07 Special Sales tax .22 ? Another special Sales tax ,30 ? I like the looks of their products but will use different brand in the future.
