Employees are described as friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, going above and beyond to resolve issues. Some customers feel new and existing customers should have the same deals and that upgrading a phone should be an easier process.
JB was able to resolve all of my troubleshooting issues with my network, he was extremely professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He went above & beyond w his expectations. JB shall be our next Metro executive. Ty JB

I feel that new and existing customers should have the same deals.I’ve been a customer of Metro for over 10!years. Upgrading your phone should be an easier process.
