Employees are described as friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, going above and beyond to resolve issues. Some customers feel new and existing customers should have the same deals and that upgrading a phone should be an easier process.
This was probably one of the easiest store experiences I've had would definitely come back.

I wanna take moment and appreciate the staff works here, I went with my my mom her phone was full off viruses that she can't make even phone calls, the lady works there has cleaned the whole phone without charging anything! Very kind people!

Very helpful staff with great customer service. The girl who helped me is always friendly, explains everything clearly, and always takes good care of me. Great experience every time.
