Some customers feel new and existing customers should have the same deals and that upgrading a phone should be an easier process.
Ree is simply amazing! Her customer service is unmatched, she assisted me with my requests promptly and told me about a promotion I am going to take advantage of. Definitely kept me as a customer ! She was the only one helping about 5/6 at once and handled us all well ! She deserves a raise!
