It is a fast, reliable, and valuable member of the community, viewed as much better than large chain stores and big corporations. The pharmacy lead is described as an angel in disguise, the best, very compassionate, and a great pharmacist who actually cares. The staff, including the pharmacy lead and another team member, are hands down the best staff ever, truly diamonds in the rough. They are always patient, kind, and handle themselves with grace and eloquence. Service is consistently excellent with never a long wait. The team is very helpful, keeping on top of things by tracking all prescriptions and knowing when they are due each month. They proactively text to notify when medications are ready for pickup. They ensure medications are in stock, processing prescriptions before customers even need to call them in, so families never go without. If a medication is not covered, they find alternatives and call the doctor. For medications with no alternative, they provide the best price in the area. They treat every customer like family, always greeting them with a beautiful smile and a "how are you?" Customers wholeheartedly recommend Santa Fe Pharmacy and will never recommend any other place again.
