“I like the Sam's Cafe. The prices can't be beet. Everything is costs less than $1.50 except for the whole pizzas. The pizza pretzel is great for kids who do not like pizza sauce because they put it on the side. I love that the kids can get an icee for $0.89....Like what less than a dollar that's unheard of these days.The food is tasty for fast food. I love I can order through the Sam's Club app and just pick it up and do not feel guilty spending $50 on food. I do wish they had more places to sit. Sitting is limited and a waiting game. It can get crazy with there is a rush of people at the Cafe. But the self checkout through the app is something to be admired. It so quick and easy especially with kids in tow I'm in and out with no kids saying "there's another line!" I am surprised there are no long lines through the aisles which is a refreshing for a big box store.”

“Chino Plaza Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Their customer service is exceptional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every time I walk in or call, I feel like I’m being taken care of by people who truly value their customers.
One of the things I appreciate most is how proactive they are about my prescriptions. They’re always on top of it when I’m getting low on refills, giving me a heads-up before I even notice. It takes so much stress out of managing my medications.
They’re also always willing to help, whether it’s answering questions, coordinating with my doctor’s office, or explaining medications. You can tell they go above and beyond because they care.”

I used to get my tires at a wholesale tire place all the way in El Monte for my Model X, but I found out that Sam’s price was the same! Better for me because I don’t have to go all the way to El Monte (I live in Chino).
I ordered my tires in advance and when I went to go replace all 4 tires, the tire attendant told me that my back tires were still fine and that I only needed to change my front.
He could’ve easily just changed all 4 tires, and I would have spent extra money for no reason, but because of the gentleman, I was able to save money, which means a lot in this tough economy.
Tysm to the gentleman who has a tattoo on his right arm (looks like a Halloween groot lol).”

“I love this store, especially the nice employees whether I need help finding something, trying a sample, ordering from the cafe, or picking up a prescrition, they always have smiling faces and the desire to help and not make me feel like I am bothering them. I always find what I need because the shelves are well stocked. I almost always use Scan and Go because it's so easy to use and I can just swipe to pay and leave. Even when I have to go to the checkout line it's very fast. And the lines are not long at all. My favorite things to buy are meats, fresh veggies, desserts and home products. I just started buying clothes for my children here and I am so impressed with the selection and prices.”

“This Walgreens location offers passport photo service. Due to limited staffing, I had to wait to get my photo taken. However, as I was made aware by an employee about the situation, I did not mind. I got my needs met thanks to the employee who took the time to explain and helped me understand what to expect.”

“This location is quite busy, particularly due to its proximity to a gym, which makes parking challenging. I even got my brand new car bumper Scratched at this location, but the store claimed they do not have cameras. I’ve consistently received excellent service from Sylvia and Gabby; however, my experience with Kathy has been less positive.
The store is generally well-stocked with the items I need, such as laundry detergent. During my last visit, I asked an employee who was stocking shelves in the same aisle to assist me with unlocking a case. I was directed to the front instead, which was surprising, as I would have expected immediate assistance.
Additionally, the exterior of the store is often unclean, and there are frequently individuals soliciting outside. I have also noticed inconsistencies between in-store inventory and what is shown on the app, which makes ordering pickup or opting for delivery a challenge.”
