“I decided to switch to a small pharmacy after my bad experience with Walmart and their “high tech” systems. With Walmart, it sounds nice and easy, but a mixture of corporal control and bad web design eventually turned into a constant fight to get my meds on time, or ever… even with the help of my insurance! K’s was the only answer. K’s has quite literally fought for me, forcing Walmart on its knees when it tried to withhold my prescriptions, and I couldn’t recommend them more. K’s is not just a pharmacy, it is a curated experience. You will never again feel confused or be taken advantage of; they gladly explain the inner-workings of their systems and don’t need to confirm with some higher-up of the company- you are essentially addressing THE “K”, so to speak. This is the “nice and easy” you are looking for.”

“Now that I've moved out of the area, it has become blatantly obvious that the customer service at this location is legitimately the best. I was with them for years, and I never had any problems. They were always kind and super attentive. I've been to three other pharmacies since moving. Every single one has given me some sort of issue. Ridiculous wait times. Horrible customer service. Don't fill your prescription. Incessant automated calls. No text alerts. They were all CVS pharmacy's too! This location, specifically the employees, are very special. Robin (the pharmacist) and Dennis (the pharm tech) are the best around. I always felt cared for; and they were always smiley and friendly. It's weird, but I genuinely liked and did not mind picking up my prescriptions from them. I'm legitimately sad that I can no longer be a customer. Thank you for your services for the past 5 years, it was very much appreciated. Please stay just as you are :)”

“I had such a great experience with Marco at Sam’s Club! He helped me load everything into my car from my Order Pickup, and he was incredibly fast, reliable, friendly, and polite. He loaded everything carefully with such a big smile and a wonderful attitude. “I like the Sam's Cafe. The prices can't be beet. Everything is costs less than $1.50 except for the whole pizzas. The pizza pretzel is great for kids who do not like pizza sauce because they put it on the side. I love that the kids can get an icee for $0.89....Like what less than a dollar that's unheard of these days.The food is tasty for fast food. I love I can order through the Sam's Club app and just pick it up and do not feel guilty spending $50 on food. I do wish they had more places to sit. Sitting is limited and a waiting game. It can get crazy with there is a rush of people at the Cafe. But the self checkout through the app is something to be admired. It so quick and easy especially with kids in tow I'm in and out with no kids saying "there's another line!" I am surprised there are no long lines through the aisles which is a refreshing for a big box store.”

“I am IMPRESSED!! I used to get my tires at a wholesale tire place all the way in El Monte for my Model X, but I found out that Sam’s price was the same! Better for me because I don’t have to go all the way to El Monte (I live in Chino). I ordered my tires in advance and when I went to go replace all 4 tires, the tire attendant told me that my back tires were still fine and that I only needed to change my front. He could’ve easily just changed all 4 tires, and I would have spent extra money for no reason, but because of the gentleman, I was able to save money, which means a lot in this tough economy. Tysm to the gentleman who has a tattoo on his right arm (looks like a Halloween groot lol).”
