  One of the worst work ethics. I was trying to fix a LED light, he initially said 2 weeks, after 2 month waiting, not only it wasn't fixed, he broke my Light and made it worse. Once I lost my patience and try to take it back, he confessed that he had lost the screw for the base mount also.

  Art the owner goes beyond what's needed to please the customer.. Service is outstanding prices are great. Most definitely recommending The Case Factory to friends and family.

  This place is great! Took my phone to get fixed and got it back the same day the price was reasonable and the guy was great! The thing I liked the most was that it was open on Sunday. I would definitely recommend this place.
