“Outstanding location and professional team. We rented one of the flatbed toy-hauler trailers. We had a reservation with another location and when we called them the morning of the rental, they did not have the equipment.
U-Haul was able to find the Pomona location and they had toy-hauler trailers available. The trailer was brand new and very solidly built. We used it to tow a load to Catalina AZ. The Pomona U=Haul location is highly recommended!! Much better than the other location (hint-near the ONT airport).”

“There must be a background before I tell you my opinion. 1965 Mustang, that was my father‘s in the 60s. I inherited it, my three sons drove it as their high school car and my grandson will now drive it. This car Is very special in our family. It has never been to a shop under my ownership, until now.. I did much research before I took it anywhere. Route 66 auto repair is where I landed and I am extremely satisfied with Frank and his staff. When I picked up the car today, I was reminded of why I made the right decision. The entire garage was full of Muscle cars. So I had to take a picture. I will never take my car anywhere else. Trust is difficult to find, I found it.”

“I needed a truck to move all my things from my beauty studio to another location (Montclair to Upland). I have several big items and I didn’t feel like using my husband’s truck and making multiple trips. U-Haul was the only solution. I booked online just a day prior. (I’m horrible with names)The gentleman called 2 hours before the time I booked just to verify that I was coming in. I believe the same gentleman was at the desk was a he was really helpful. He explained everything really well.
I had never driven a big truck like that before but it was really easy. (I’m 4’11). It was easy to pull in and out of my narrow driveway.
Filling up the gas back was tricky because you have to remember that it’s a big truck and $30 bucks that I usually fill up my car with will barely make a dent on the tank, just an FYI. I was dropping off the truck after hours so dropping it off was easy as well. overall experience was great.”

“Great experience with Hometown Rentals. Rented a Skyjack for the day. It was delivered ontime by a very friendly driver that was ready to assist in anyway he could. The equipment was well maintained and worked great. The price was reasonable and the pickup went smoothly. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to rent equipment for a job. “Old style Mom and Pop store packed to the rafters with liquor, candy, purified water station and sundry items. One of the most interesting selections of liquor I've seen; lots of specialty refrigerated shots. Oh yeah, Uhaul supplies and trucks.”

“Great trucks at reasonable prices. The trucks are much newer than u haul trucks. The person serving there was nice and courteous. Asked by himself if I have a triple A discount, even though I didn't know of the discount. Also, he gave me an appliance dolly without any charge. Finally, when I took a little time at the parking, he came out of the office to see if everything was okay. Really, great service. Highly recommend them.”
“Quick, simple. Got in without a reservation and out in about 5 or 10 minutes. BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Even if it says like $20 for a rental it will end up being like $99 because of miles traveled and all we did was 60 miles and brought it back to the same shop we rented it from. Customer service was direct and reasonable.”
“The service dept at Freeway Isuzu is incredible! We had a major issue with a new truck for our non-profit thrift store in the Coachella Valley and Freeway Isuzu was able to not only get it repaired, they also worked with Isuzu to have the warranty cover the cost of the repairs. They even drove out a rental truck for us to use while our truck was being repaired. Professional, courteous and straight forward are words I use to describe Freeway Isuzu. Thank you for providing such incredible service!”
