“Quick, simple. Got in without a reservation and out in about 5 or 10 minutes. BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Even if it says like $20 for a rental it will end up being like $99 because of miles traveled and all we did was 60 miles and brought it back to the same shop we rented it from. Customer service was direct and reasonable.”
“Absolutely will refer U-Haul. I've been a customer for over 4 years and recently rented a trailer to move items to Colorado where I relocated from California. The entire staff have always been professional, cooperative, understanding, efficient, informative, and extremely pleasant to do business with. I have never had an issue with any staff member. “Outstanding location and professional team. We rented one of the flatbed toy-hauler trailers. We had a reservation with another location and when we called them the morning of the rental, they did not have the equipment.
U-Haul was able to find the Pomona location and they had toy-hauler trailers available. The trailer was brand new and very solidly built. We used it to tow a load to Catalina AZ. The Pomona U=Haul location is highly recommended!! Much better than the other location (hint-near the ONT airport).”
