The bank America clerk girls did a cash a check that..Im charged 8$....is it normal explain? Bank of America it is common activity of fraud to happen in your account...That's why I don't own an account plus the check of from bank of america i should not be charged but they are pushy in creating an account

i came to bank on 28 december at 11:30. They were busy and a senior teller named "Juan" came from his cabin and helped me very quick. He found the charges which were on my bank account and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes.

They have one teller regardless of customers in line. Then someone will come out walking around asking if they can help you. NO! What you can do is get behind the counter and open up another window. Everyone is nice, but what we want is quick service. I don't personally use BofA, but my work does.

3 ATM are available by the front door and 2 more for drive-through, but sometimes inside, there's only one cashier, and the waiting might be longer than expected.

One teller station open at peak hours, every time I actually need to speak to a teller it’s over a 30 minute wait. Maria was nice enough to give me a bad attitude and a lecture when I mentioned to her they need more tellers

Visited this location for a name change on my card and to seperate my account. It's been a month and a half and NEITHER of that has happened. Lazy and unprofessional. I had to contact customer service to actually get everything done. Don't go to this location unless you want to waste your time. Never had such terrible service.Also good luck trying to reach anyone here through the phone, they never answer.

i need to make a claim i need my money that the atm didn't give me the door wouldn't open and then it said transaction canceled and the money will go back on my card and there's nothing there somebody needs to call me i have rent to pay within 2 days or i'm homeless with my kids and my elderly father who's on hospice. i've been trying to get ahold of the atm company i'm getting the runaround. i called the banker out and told him that the atm didn't give me my money there is a video that shows that but still nobody can help me where's my money at!?don't use the atms on the outside of the building the doors get stuck and it won't give you your money then they take it right out of your account and don't want to give it back.
