Great place as always, all the staff I talk to was very helpful and I always find what I'm looking for. For the 60th anniversary they're having some promos and discounts.

My girlfriend wanted to upgrade her old iPhone. On a busy Saturday afternoon, there was no employee who could help with her Verizon upgrade, something they should have been able to handle. It is within their scope. BTW, I've had a few recent 5 star experiences at Best Buy. But not today.
