Excellent experience today. Had to return a modem because it was glitchy. Paul was great! He was fully aware of the issues with the modem we purchased and gave us credit. And told Geek Squad we needed help. Geek-squad was very helpful, they explained things and made recommendations. Normally, we would just roam around the store with no help. We felt so much better with our purchase this time. Hoping no glitches.

Worst bestbuy I have ever been. My mom went to buy a smartwatch and there wasn’t enough personal to help her. She had to wait at least for half an hour. And when they assign someone he was so rude with her and talk to a fellow employee complaining in English about her (I think he thought she didn’t understand him because she speaks Spanish) and it took for ever for them to give her the damn watch. When I went the second time with her it was a 30 min wait… :( I was in disbelief it never happened to me in other electronic places. Well I’m never going there again. I wish you luck if you go there…

Today I went to buy a smart tv I had seen in another store an INSIGNIA 55', the guy who attended me was cold and indifferent like a robot, HE JUST MENTIONED THE TOTAL, I paid for it and he didn't even mention anything about the warranty wich is important, I had to start mentioning about it, he didn't make any effort for further information about anything, he just said he could help me carry it to the exit, that was it, it was not a good service at all.. I think we deserve if not good service at least good information..I would be good with that but no, it was not the case.
