The carne asada preparada was so soft and tender. It wasn’t chewy at all. Everyone at the BBQ was asking me where I got the meat from. “Had two marinated tri-tips and even better than Cardiff crack. Also had the Japanese Pork chops that melt in your mouth. Even bought three bottles of their few Valle wines and two were excellent, one was good. We need this business to survive, so spread the word as we need more business like this in the South Bay. Yes, a little pricey but worth the money”
