“Had a great experience picking out a dress for a photography session. I was greeted immediately, and I was asked what sort of occasion I was shopping for. My daughter and I provided some ideas of what we were looking for, and the wonderful sales lady pointed out several dresses to consider. In the end, my daughter was set on one of the first dresses she saw. We purchased everything - the dress, petticoat, shoes, and headband. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Daughter's face says it all. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were great dresses at all price points, including some extremely affordable and gorgeous dresses on sale in the back of the shop. In response to some negative reviews - Some of these dresses are very elaborate and delicate. I was clear with my daughter to handle with care and only pick up dresses she was really interested in trying on. Being respectful of the merchandise was the least we could do. All around a great experience and I'm sure we will be back.”

“We purchased a ring in November, but it didn't ship until December. Being AD military, I wasn't home to receive it. Maria helped us with the return. She was amazing!!! She also helped us pick out the perfect necklace and matching earrings for Valentines Day! Thank you Maria! We won't go anywhere else! We truly appreciate you making us feel like family.”

“I went into the store about 8pm and was greeted by KALAINA who was just an amazing associate! From the greet to helping me pick something out for my daughter .. she was professional, genuine and just made the experience a good one. When I was ready to check out I asked her if she by chance had a coupon to share lol and she mentioned that she saw one on the website. Helped me find it and saved me some money. I spent $20 for an outfit and bows. Wonderful customer service and an overall great experience !! Thank you !!”

“My daughter was looking all over the place for a particular outfit and I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I approached an associate who directed me to someone who could better help me. Although it was not out on the sales floor, she remembered seeing it in the back. I believe her name was Ashley. At the same time she was training someone. I needed a different size and she was more than happy to help me. Now I need to mention it was really busy in the store. The first person I approached actually checked us out and she asked if the person she referred us to was helpful. It was a great experience overall even while it was busy. Their system even went down but they remained calm with the long line building and made good conversation. I appreciate the effort by everyone that worked so cohesively here!”

“Shout out to kristy!! Excelente customer service. I went in a day before and made 3 different purchases and forgot to get two pairs of leggings that were free do to the sale they had the buy 1 get 2 free. They completely honored the deal just had to take in my receipt, she even checked to make sure I took full advantage of all the deals . I also wanted to add a cupon that I forgot I had for an extra 25% off my purchase and she was able to do it for me. Absolutely love this store both times I was there they had a clean and organized store which I love!! They are very polite and helpful. It's officially become my favorite store to shop for my 3 kids.
