“This place is now my go-to for hoodies. They also have a very wide selection for a very reasonable price. From hats, shirts, pants, hoodies etc. The service is very good and was asked if I needed help. All of my questions were answered and everyone is friendly and inviting.

“Of the best Rosses I have ever been to in my life. Girls who checked it out was one of the most fast speedy and efficient ladies I have ever seen she single-handedly was taking care of an entire line and did so and just a matter of minutes.. kind and courteous, and still manage to get her job done. This particular location had a lot of good clearance. My only complaint is I came in for fancy gallons and maybe it's just not the right time of year. The store was very well-maintained and the security at the front was a very nice young man.”

“Nice visit, door greeter was pleasant, and I found a tool that I had been looking for for a while. A drill mandrel for sanding pads. Very nearly bought a cutting board, but decided I have enough. Also saw a pair of Puma sneakers that looked nice but I'm wearing Filas which are still pretty new. Check out was quick, used self-checkout because there were a lot of ladies with piles of clothing in the regular line.”
“The staff members at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly! They went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. I've spent about $2500/$3000 in the past 2 months at the Plaza Bonita and Las Americas locations. I wish I would've spent it at the Chula Vista and Plaza Bonita locations instead! I had only been to the CV mall location twice, and yet the staff remembered me, and knew exactly how to help me! I was thoroughly impressed! I hope the Guess company appreciates the talented employees they have, because as a business owner myself, these are the type of employees ANY company would love to have! And if they had a background in my industry, I'd hire the entire store staff away in a heartbeat!”

“Update - store is still here and everything is $5. They now charge $1.65 fee if you use a credit card.
This store is huge! I recall the last time I was here I spent 2 hours in here and only bought one thing. Now fast forward to today and I bought 13 items at $5.99 each. I notice this store is at that price while the one in National City is $3.99 for each item. Either way, found amazing pieces! I guess you can call in and see what the specials are daily if you want the best price.”
“I went in looking for a simple baptism dress and I found just that. The place had a variety to choose from. All decent pricing!!! Claudia was the lady that helped us and she has amazing customer service. She let us try on multiple dresses and she was very patient with us. We felt welcomed and heard. I highly recommend this place. We walked away happy with our purchase!”

“My daughter was looking all over the place for a particular outfit and I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I approached an associate who directed me to someone who could better help me. Although it was not out on the sales floor, she remembered seeing it in the back. I believe her name was Ashley. At the same time she was training someone. I needed a different size and she was more than happy to help me. Now I need to mention it was really busy in the store. The first person I approached actually checked us out and she asked if the person she referred us to was helpful. It was a great experience overall even while it was busy. Their system even went down but they remained calm with the long line building and made good conversation. I appreciate the effort by everyone that worked so cohesively here!”
“We're very thankful for Vanessa's Customer Service. She was the only employee that assisted myself and many others shopping. Vanessa's Efficiency, attention to detail, kindness, communication and attentiveness was beyond what we expected. She is the prime example of a leader and someone who loves what they do. The dressing rooms are spacious and the mirror placements are perfect. You can see all angles of the outfit you're trying on. We got more than we came for because Vanessa informed us about the buy one get one 50% off on accessories and sandals. I look forward to returning to shop again.”

“Super stoked to get my hands on a New Era Los Diablos Rojos hat that I wasn't able to get while I was in Mexico.
Only thing I wasn't super stoked on was having to get after them multiple times about shipping. It's took almost a month to get here and didn't start moving until after a 3rd email.
All in all I'd order from here again, they have some really cool Padres gear you don't see anywhere else.”
