“This location on Third Ave is clean, organized, and friendly staff, and prices are great. The morning manager works register and aisles when it gets busy. We all know that's rare. I've gone to 2 sites but prefer this location.”
“This place is now my go-to for hoodies. They also have a very wide selection for a very reasonable price. From hats, shirts, pants, hoodies etc. The service is very good and was asked if I needed help. All of my questions were answered and everyone is friendly and inviting.

“Of the best Rosses I have ever been to in my life. Girls who checked it out was one of the most fast speedy and efficient ladies I have ever seen she single-handedly was taking care of an entire line and did so and just a matter of minutes.. kind and courteous, and still manage to get her job done. This particular location had a lot of good clearance. My only complaint is I came in for fancy gallons and maybe it's just not the right time of year. The store was very well-maintained and the security at the front was a very nice young man.”

“The staff members at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly! They went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. I've spent about $2500/$3000 in the past 2 months at the Plaza Bonita and Las Americas locations. I wish I would've spent it at the Chula Vista and Plaza Bonita locations instead! I had only been to the CV mall location twice, and yet the staff remembered me, and knew exactly how to help me! I was thoroughly impressed! I hope the Guess company appreciates the talented employees they have, because as a business owner myself, these are the type of employees ANY company would love to have! And if they had a background in my industry, I'd hire the entire store staff away in a heartbeat!”

“Update - store is still here and everything is $5. They now charge $1.65 fee if you use a credit card.
This store is huge! I recall the last time I was here I spent 2 hours in here and only bought one thing. Now fast forward to today and I bought 13 items at $5.99 each. I notice this store is at that price while the one in National City is $3.99 for each item. Either way, found amazing pieces! I guess you can call in and see what the specials are daily if you want the best price.”

“Came to the corpse of Sears where I waited in line, showed my ID a half dozen times, was stabbed by a nice man in scrubs, and made to sit for 15 minutes before being allowed to leave... but they gave me a sticker, so thats nice.”
“My daughter was looking all over the place for a particular outfit and I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I approached an associate who directed me to someone who could better help me. Although it was not out on the sales floor, she remembered seeing it in the back. I believe her name was Ashley. At the same time she was training someone. I needed a different size and she was more than happy to help me. Now I need to mention it was really busy in the store. The first person I approached actually checked us out and she asked if the person she referred us to was helpful. It was a great experience overall even while it was busy. Their system even went down but they remained calm with the long line building and made good conversation. I appreciate the effort by everyone that worked so cohesively here!”

“Prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast BUT... recieved my hat crushed. I emailed them an will see if anything is done. I highly doubt they will do anything as the carrier is to blame here and not them, but like I said we shall see.
**UPDATE**
Although Billion Creation and I knew the hat being damage was out of their control they opted to offer a full refund or reshipment. I really wanted the hat so I took the reshipment. Customer service was exceptional and amazing. They now have a customer for as long as they are in business.”
