“Prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast BUT... recieved my hat crushed. I emailed them an will see if anything is done. I highly doubt they will do anything as the carrier is to blame here and not them, but like I said we shall see.

Although Billion Creation and I knew the hat being damage was out of their control they opted to offer a full refund or reshipment. I really wanted the hat so I took the reshipment. Customer service was exceptional and amazing. They now have a customer for as long as they are in business.”
“I had an outstanding experience at El Centenario in Chula Vista. I came in looking for a suit, boots, and a belt for an upcoming wedding, and Enrique took the time to help me put together an outfit that exceeded my expectations. His knowledge of western wear, attention to detail, and eye for matching colors, materials, and styles made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
What impressed me the most was the level of craftsmanship and customer service. Enrique custom-fitted and handcrafted an ostrich skin belt for me right there in the shop to ensure it fit perfectly. That level of dedication and expertise is something you rarely find anymore. He also recommended an excellent local tailor who completed the final alterations, making the entire experience seamless.
Everyone at the store was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Their selection is not only extensive, but the quality of their western wear is unlike anything I’ve found elsewhere.
If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality western clothing and exceptional customer service, I can’t recommend El Centenario enough. Enrique and his team went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.”

“A long standing department store. The store is always clean and organized with plenty of clearance items. PrIces are a bit high for my standards but if you use your Kohl's cash (that you receive for every $50 purchased) and they do not limit how many Kohl's cash you can use. An if you mix it with clearance items you can win bigger. There is plenty of parking and they have a restroom. You can also turn in your Amazon packages.”
“My son and I made a quick stop to shop in this smaller Hot Topic shop. The 2 associates working there were very helpful. Because the store is smaller than others, there is less selection and sizes. They will order and ship to store or your home.”

“Of the best Rosses I have ever been to in my life. Girls who checked it out was one of the most fast speedy and efficient ladies I have ever seen she single-handedly was taking care of an entire line and did so and just a matter of minutes.. kind and courteous, and still manage to get her job done. This particular location had a lot of good clearance. My only complaint is I came in for fancy gallons and maybe it's just not the right time of year. The store was very well-maintained and the security at the front was a very nice young man.”
“The staff members at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly! They went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. I've spent about $2500/$3000 in the past 2 months at the Plaza Bonita and Las Americas locations. I wish I would've spent it at the Chula Vista and Plaza Bonita locations instead! I had only been to the CV mall location twice, and yet the staff remembered me, and knew exactly how to help me! I was thoroughly impressed! I hope the Guess company appreciates the talented employees they have, because as a business owner myself, these are the type of employees ANY company would love to have! And if they had a background in my industry, I'd hire the entire store staff away in a heartbeat!”

“I visted this shop today, for an idea what they sell. They look like a mini mall for womens/mens products.
This shop also has a second floor as well. You can take an elevator up there. There's more products on the upper floor.
When I walked in, a cashier greeted me immediately. This was unexpected, but I felt a warm welcome.”

This store is huge! I recall the last time I was here I spent 2 hours in here and only bought one thing. Now fast forward to today and I bought 13 items at $5.99 each. I notice this store is at that price while the one in National City is $3.99 for each item. Either way, found amazing pieces! I guess you can call in and see what the specials are daily if you want the best price.”

“Angelos was very informative when we approached him for prices for my nieces quinceanera. We ended up picking him over every other place around. He did the measuring himself and you only dealt with him for everything. The day of pick up for suits was a little hectic but he ended up fixing everything. My husband on the day of the quince had no shoes so he was running around in tennis shoes but he called him and Angelo waited for him til after closing to help him get his shoes and actually fix his pants as well. Needless to say we will be using him in the future and his new place is really nice. Plus just figured out he sells quince dresses and dama dresses too and I even got my dress there as well. All for a good price! It really is a one stop shop!”

“My son and I recieved great costumer service got to know the owner Yoli. Don't know why so many have given bad reviews to her shop, she was very respectful and very helpful towards us. Her store was closed today 6/6 and for the weekend and honestly the moment I asked her in the parking lot she welcomed us into her store. She also gave positive words to my son. “My daughter was looking all over the place for a particular outfit and I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I approached an associate who directed me to someone who could better help me. Although it was not out on the sales floor, she remembered seeing it in the back. I believe her name was Ashley. At the same time she was training someone. I needed a different size and she was more than happy to help me. Now I need to mention it was really busy in the store. The first person I approached actually checked us out and she asked if the person she referred us to was helpful. It was a great experience overall even while it was busy. Their system even went down but they remained calm with the long line building and made good conversation. I appreciate the effort by everyone that worked so cohesively here!”
