Girls who checked it out was one of the most fast speedy and efficient ladies I have ever seen she single-handedly was taking care of an entire line and did so and just a matter of minutes.. kind and courteous, and still manage to get her job done. This particular location had a lot of good clearance. My only complaint is I came in for fancy gallons and maybe it's just not the right time of year. “The staff members at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly! They went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. I've spent about $2500/$3000 in the past 2 months at the Plaza Bonita and Las Americas locations. I wish I would've spent it at the Chula Vista and Plaza Bonita locations instead! I had only been to the CV mall location twice, and yet the staff remembered me, and knew exactly how to help me! I was thoroughly impressed! I hope the Guess company appreciates the talented employees they have, because as a business owner myself, these are the type of employees ANY company would love to have! And if they had a background in my industry, I'd hire the entire store staff away in a heartbeat!”

This store is huge! I recall the last time I was here I spent 2 hours in here and only bought one thing. Now fast forward to today and I bought 13 items at $5.99 each. I notice this store is at that price while the one in National City is $3.99 for each item. Either way, found amazing pieces! I guess you can call in and see what the specials are daily if you want the best price.”

“My daughter was looking all over the place for a particular outfit and I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. I approached an associate who directed me to someone who could better help me. Although it was not out on the sales floor, she remembered seeing it in the back. I believe her name was Ashley. At the same time she was training someone. I needed a different size and she was more than happy to help me. Now I need to mention it was really busy in the store. The first person I approached actually checked us out and she asked if the person she referred us to was helpful. It was a great experience overall even while it was busy. Their system even went down but they remained calm with the long line building and made good conversation. I appreciate the effort by everyone that worked so cohesively here!”
“She was understanding when my one year old was crawling around her shop touching EVERYTHING while I tried on clothes! They also have an online store, but it's worth going in if you can. Some of the stuff they sell doesn't make it to the online store because it sells out so quickly. Bottom line: great customer service and quality clothing. I will be a regular!”
