“Oohhhh where do I begin, miss monae is the sweetest most patient person. As I'm about ready to give up and leave because I felt defeated and tired of honestly looking she just took over the entire experience, made me go get settled in a room with my 2 crazy kids and just took care of it all. She gave me so many options when I felt like there was none. She went above and beyond my expectations and I was sad to learn she is leaving the company, to pursue what makes her happy and she is one beautiful happy person.
