I have other Apple products so it was not my first trip into this store.I saw a similar option at Costco, but could not make any upgrades to the order, so I didn’t. “Took a refurbished PC to inspect an issue I was having when trying to power it on. They immediately found the issue (stick of ram was not inserted properly) and were kind enough to explain how some of the components work. Gave me advice on updating and offered, without pressuring me, to have them do the updating for a very reasonable fee and timeframe. I declined but was very satisfied with the level of expertise and friendliness of their staff. I would highly recommend coming here!”
