“I was a little nervous coming to CryWolf for an applecare repair as I knew they weren't officially an Apple store, but I had such a positive experience here! I'm a grad student and I had an unfortunate water spill on my laptop (aka my lifeline) and everyone at CryWolf were super friendly and supportive. They got my laptop back to me in mint condition in under a week and charged the usual applecare $299 repair fee. A shoutout to the two guys at the front (super friendly and they had a little kitten I played with), and thank you to Greg and Nancy for doing my repairs.”

“This is by far my favorite store to get stuck in. I mean for a while Walmart was okay, but man I love my tech and I love my gadgets, and I have lots of them and I always want more. Literally if you send me in there by myself with just the simple goal of asking a question about returns, I'll probably walk out 45 minutes later carting out and OLED TV. I get stuck in this store, and when I had a lot more cash flow coming through I was here a lot. This place probably is responsible for a good 80% of the tech in my house or rather my studio apartment. Which is quite large for a studio. Their prices definitely veer on the pricier side, especially considering this is Best buy we're talking about and there's no competition really in that space besides maybe I don't know The Target electronics department lol fries electronics doesn't exist anymore although they do have to compete online. And to be honest they're all men experiences in the best but it isn't the worst either. I can easily check if something is in stock at that store when I use the app. That has saved me many a trip. All I know I love Best buy, the app's pretty good too, I just wish I had more money to buy more things ??”

“I have come here several times and will probably go back - now that I know that if there is any customer complaint about a perceived problem with their products, services, or prices that the owner or manager will do whatever they can to correct it and resolve customer dissatisfaction. A suggestion I have for BOTH customers and the store to prevent possible misunderstanding is to clarify the cost/price prior to payment and include an itemized/detailed description on the invoice/receipt.”

“I am a Field Service Tech here at AJ. This job is low pay, but it's a straightforward job that pays you to learn Dell and Lenovo training material, and you get good experience working in the field for the school district. There's quite a lot of work to keep up with, and due to the pay they're always looking for new techs. If you have previous experience with fixing computers, phones, and other tech for customers, this is a solid job that will require little training (other than dell and Lenovo specific training). Most people who move on to another job from here start working directly for the school district, and while this isn't a long term job, it's a great stepping stone for those who are comfortable repairing computers, and who are trying to build up a resume for a career in this field.”

“Finally some good service at a Best Buy that should celebrated. I came in to get a new Apple Remote because I accidentally put mine into the washing machine. The guy up front at the door, I can't remember his but he was bald called someone to get the item for me so I was in and out quickly and efficiently. This kind of service should be celebrated, and he needs raise, or be the manager of other stores ! I will be coming back to this Best Buy to hopefully get the same service again!”

“The Apple Store was so helpful. We had an issue with our tablet's battery. They took a look and determined it was a fault within the iPad and not something we caused. They found a like iPad and replaced ours for minimal cost. I did not expect such assistance by replacing the old one because of the battery was faulty. I expected to be told there is nothing they can do but I was incorrect. I am thankful there was an Apple Store in such a central area.”

“I recently purchased the EB1T from Magma and couldn't be happier with the product and the service. I'm using it to house a Universal Audio UAD2 Octo card with my MacBook Pro - this chassis was actually recommended to me by the Universal Audio rep. I ordered mine fairly early on in the production so they were still built to order. Nate in the sales department called me as soon as it was ready and since I live in San Diego where Magma is located I drove up there to pick it up. Nate was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. When I arrived to pick up the chassis I was offered a tour of the facility... Which was really cool. During the tour I meet Ariel who is the head of support and he personally walked me through all the features of my EB1T. Although I've only had the chassis for a couple months I have to say my experience with Magma has been fantastic. As soon as I get my Pro Tools HDX card I'll be upgrading to the EB3T. Rock on guys!”
