I ordered a pair of mens shoes...And the shoes were to small so I took to the dsw store where the associates help me order a larger pair... it to 4 business days to arrive...I'm very satisfied with the shoes and the service.

Amazing. Great customer service and joyful attitude. Store was clean and well organized. Got my wife some dress shoes for her birthday. They have great deals and add coupons to the already discounted items.
