“I recently visited this store to buy a new pair of basic Puma court shoes. The service was great. Very polite, professional and thorough. Prices were great- not as steep as most of the shops I've been checking in the malls & they had what I was looking for in my size in stock!!! The whole process was quick & painless (on the pocket). Will be doing more business there in the near future; my daughter could use a good new pair of tennies. I've already recommended them to my boyfriend. He's got two teenagers & they're always buying shoes.”

“I called yesterday looking for my husband's size in vans and a lady put me on hold. In minutes she found them and said she'd put them aside for me till I arrive. Went in and was immediately greeted with a smile and welcomed in. The two young ladies were so kind. I was in and out in minutes. The customer service was 100!”

“Big shout out to the girls at this location, especially one of the managers there! I thought I had made a purchase on line, turns out it didn't go through, I was devastated, I knew this would sadden my kids. I decided to visit the store and asked for help, one of the managers there kindly listened and IMMEDIATELY resolved my issue!!! I was very pleased and impressed by her willingness to help. One of the employees was great helping me take my purchase to my car. Very nice and sweet girls, ready to help and made my day! Rarely do we see that anymore. Thank you so much! “I went into the store about 8pm and was greeted by KALAINA who was just an amazing associate! From the greet to helping me pick something out for my daughter .. she was professional, genuine and just made the experience a good one. When I was ready to check out I asked her if she by chance had a coupon to share lol and she mentioned that she saw one on the website. Helped me find it and saved me some money. I spent $20 for an outfit and bows. Wonderful customer service and an overall great experience !! Thank you !!”

“Came to the corpse of Sears where I waited in line, showed my ID a half dozen times, was stabbed by a nice man in scrubs, and made to sit for 15 minutes before being allowed to leave... but they gave me a sticker, so thats nice.”
