“Love this Big 5. Why? It is big enough to find what you need but small enough to get in and out relatively quickly. Employees are friendly. Merchandise is very well priced. Plenty of parking outside. Lots to choose from too. I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and plan on continuing to do so. Very well run store IMO... Thank you ?”
“DSW is the shoe wearhouse that you can find a lot of good brands with good prices. That is not the reason that I gave a 5 star review. It is because of the team members who are very helpful and caring. Today I went to exchange three pairs of kids sneakers that recently I bought online for my grand children with no receipt and record. The manager, Miss Maricore was listening to me while I explained my situation to Rose. After a couple of questions they both found a way for prove of purchase. I ended up getting the same ones with the correct sizes and ended up being a very satisfied and loyal customer. They both exceeded my expectations.”
“Cynthia behind the men’s fragrance counter was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The cologne that my fiancé wanted was not in stock, so she went out of her way to find it in another location. When we told her we are from out of town so we weren’t able to go to another Macy’s, she looked for a sample size of the cologne in another department so he could at least have that. And she brought me a sample size of another perfume for me to try too!! I thought she was so sweet! Thank you for the great customer service!!”

“After a visit with Doctor Mazza, we discovered that my son needed extra wide shoes. He recommended Jon's in Chula Vista. From the moment we walked in, Linda was very attentive & listened to our concerns. She recommended a style of shoe for my son and we were able to purchase a pair for him. Keep in mind that regular shoe stores do not carry a size 14 triple EEE shoe to accommodate him. I would also like to add that this is the first time I was able to put on a pair of heels for myself that felt like butter. The shoes fit like a glove, no pinching or break in period at all. I will most definitely be going back to purchase a few pairs for myself!! Great customer service in the downtown Chula Vista area!! Thanks Linda! 5 stars all the way!!”

I can’t tell you how far service can take you and the experience he’s given me has assisted me in finding an outfit, even though not all the parts were at this store he looked and found them at a nearby store and even opened my eyes to new styles, I must say this is honestly one of the best shoe shopping experiences, far preferred to the humdrum online interactions.”

“I went into the store about 8pm and was greeted by KALAINA who was just an amazing associate! From the greet to helping me pick something out for my daughter .. she was professional, genuine and just made the experience a good one. When I was ready to check out I asked her if she by chance had a coupon to share lol and she mentioned that she saw one on the website. Helped me find it and saved me some money. I spent $20 for an outfit and bows. Wonderful customer service and an overall great experience !! Thank you !!”

“I dealt with Lisa the store manager. Her knowledge of different makes of shoes and the way they fit was incredible. I had previously been to another Roadrunner Sport and they sized me incorrectly. She took an amazing amount of time with me, got me in the right size, and comfortable fitting shoe. She did such a great job I went back two days later and bought another pair.”
