“As my husband was installing a water line for my Mom’s new fridge, a part was needed so I went back to the Lowe’s where the fridge was purchased. I found the sales rep, Sabeana, and she was so helpful. When she could not address the issue for the part that was needed, she asked Antonio to help out. I called my husband so that he could speak to him. While on the phone another sales rep, Richard came over to help. Once he understood what was needed, he walked to the isle for the part & brought it over. I was so grateful for all their help. As I was leaving, I asked Lorena for one final part that was needed & she walked me over to that section to help me look for that part. I am so appreciative for the professional customer service.”

It is very rare nowadays when I receive above and beyond customer service so making this review is extra special and I just wanted to shout out employee Teran. I came in to return a shower head attachment and Teran really made sure to stop what he was doing to help me find the exact item I needed. His ability to show empathy for my situation and professionalism was by far one of the most positive experiences I had ever at a major store.
