“Home Depot is always a dangerous adventure because there’s guaranteed to be something I want. 🌱 Went in for supplies and somehow escaped with only a plant, pots, and dirt — which, honestly, deserves some credit considering their plant section. No lines, no issues, and I’m proud to say I left without buying enough stuff to start a garden… or build a chicken coop. 😂”

Previous visits:
I went to purchase a specific vacuum cleaner and after being told where to find them I was unable to find the one I wanted. I attempted to leave the store and go to another location and John Zeglin stopped me and requested to help me further. After researching on his computer he found that the store actually had 4 in stock. John then went above and beyond to locate the stock items that where almost hidden and then found the item I wanted, he then found the tallest ladder in the stairs and retrieved it for me. I’m truly great til for his customers service skills and going all in to help me. He saved me half a day of searching and time. Now I can enjoyed the rest of my day. Thanks John Zeglin for this.”

Jerry was super helpful during our initial consultation and was available for my random questions during our DIY demo so we were ready for our install. The office staff was very friendly and prompt with scheduling and sending us reminders. Daniel was great at our measuring appt and answered all our questions.
