Excellent customer service, although I've had some issues with the bandwidth their response time and attention during the troubleshooting process is far superior than Cox (in my opinion) so signing up for another 4yrs.

I was having internet issues and I texted their after hours line. Almost immediately I received a response from Devon who got the internet back and running for my son's gaming computer. Good download and upload speeds but more importantly less than 100ms loaded ping! Pretty darn great for his gaming needs. Thanks Devon!
